Re-evaluation, Re-focus, Re-invention 🥰

I panicked what. My wife said she wanted to separate. I did everything I could, positive and negative, to change her mind. I opened up to people I never thought I would open up to. I did everything she has asked me to do for years, even when those things contradicted each other. It took months, but it worked. She decided she wanted me back. By that time I had realized that I didn't really need a fat, old,.lazy, crabby, critical, saggy women in my life. As a well employed, fit, intelligent, caring, considerate man in my late 30s, my relationship value is much higher than hers is. I was so sad for so long. She can enjoy her freedom, I don't care anymore.she honestly has very little to offer me, only demands.

Hi so me and my wife separated a month ago and she moved out, things got worse quickly and now my marriage therapist told us to cut contact for atleast a month to self reflect and have a "cooling off period". Do you suggest this is a good idea because in your video you said to keep contact. Originally, we had a plan when she moved out and it changed quickly and now she wants a divorce.

My wife has filed but says she is keeping her options open. I will be leaving as she requested for hopefully a short while as she and my 15 year old daughter require space …I’m scared and want to find something to make me feel hopeful

An excellent video on separation and a lot to reflect here. My spouse and I are going through a separation phase since a year now (11 months). I have a small kid who is just 3.4 years old. My spouse has always been very miserly in his spending. However, I am not so. We both are highly educated people though. I am non working at present. I am trying my best to make him understand we have a small son to raise but he seems to just show superficial love for the child and none for me. I am trying so hard since over a year. What do I do? We both have on-going Court cases against each other in the same light. He has not paid a single penny for my son or me in the last 1 year. Pls guide me.

I’m am in the exact same boat as you. 21 years together, 2 kids 17years old, (twins). I am having a hard time with this, however,, I care for her so much,, that ultimately her happiness is my salvation.
