Great timing my Epson isn't printing out black and I've done 3 head cleanings on different days any thoughts?

Hey Lynne! Silly question, but have you made sure your black ink tank is over half full? Sometimes the window looks like it has ink, but it's just residue on the window. Next, have you gone to the last one, the in-depth head cleaning reset where you go to Epson.com and it tells you how to shut the printer down and go from there? If not, I would suggest that to be your next step. How old is your printer? Thanks so much for watching and I may need to create a step-by-step cleaning video because you're not the only one having trouble. Until then, I hope you figure it all out! Thanks for watching!!

Hi Elizabeth! If you look at your printer face, and click through the windows you'll find a maintenance section. It will offer a nozzle check, a head cleaner and a more in depth option. I would start with the nozzle check and work my way up. They're very easy, but can take several minutes. If this doesn't correct the issue you'll want to go online to Epson (the link is on one of those small maintenance screens) and it will tell you how to reset the printer and run an in depth head cleaning. It's not difficult but it will need to sit 24 hours after you do it. I may just need to create a video for this in the next few weeks. I know I was a little overwhelmed the first time I went through the process. I hope the easy nozzle checks and cleanings work for your printer! 💕
