Lots of walking and talking without real value or practical advice. My free advice: 1) Indulge in the result you want to experience, FEEL how it feels to live that reality. Do it for fun, because it feels great. 2) we attract what we are, therefore make changes to embody the kind of person who is and lives that reality. Eat, dress, speak, walk, learn skills, surround yourself as much as possible with people that support that reality, and behave the way that a person/you who lives that really would do and behave like. 3)Set backs only show that we live in polarity/contrast. When it happens, choose the next best feeling, do something that releases that tension until you feel better and you managed to raise your vibration. 4) practice the law of assumption. 5) This is the game of life, make it as enjoyable as possible, just flow within the matrix. If you read this, I wish you get everything that is for your highest good and happiness.

@@Cjhugsmilewave I am glad you enjoyed it! There are many techniques to help us manifest what we want (and they are fun and can help us get in the mood), but the reality is that "our focus on something makes it grow." So, we need to focus our thoughts, feelings, words and actions on what we want to grow and bring to reality, and not to engage on what we don't want. I wouldn't discuss what I want to manifest with anyone, as their own focus and opinions could interfere with yours. It's better to make changes quietly, and if people ask you why you are changing something (attitude, style, interests...), just say that you feel like doing it that way. Have a fantastic 2024! All the way from Prague (Czech Republic).

I think commenters are having a negative reaction to the extreme editing that compressed Regan’s 90 minutes of time-bending brilliance into a 12 minute so-so YT video. I’m disappointed Mindvalley didn’t put out the full talk too! However, knowing Regan’s other work I’m able to extrapolate her meanings, and I am so grateful for these insights into how to live a phenomenal life that appears you live 72 hours for every 12. This is very deep work. Thank you, Regan & MV 🙏🙏🙏

This is a peptalk for people who haven't considered awareness before. The audience at these talks are advanced enough to not need the "FYI: your perception creates your experience" lecture. That realization comes as a product of overall mindfulness rather than a stand-alone process. The presentation is sounding more and more like "OMG did you know that everyone has thoughts?! Maybe I can decide what I think about... This is so crazy, but I just thought about putting on a shirt. What if I did that now instead of later?! Have people heard about this?! 🤯"

@UjangSuwagner these gurus complicate sh't. It all comes down to 4 steps based on everyone I have listened to and read about. 1. Know what you want. 2. Believe you already have it. 3. Be grateful for it. 4. Let go of the "how." Bonus: Time is an illusion therefore don't focus on how long it takes.

❤I love you: this is very beautiful and truth for me, because time has been at the center of my focus and I have recently thought about finishing projects ahead of time, because I always seem to run short on time. It’s a basic concept but I never really thought deeply about it until recently. Your linking of time to space is so brilliant. Not many videos out there on how to bend time; this is the best I found so far that is concise and daringly hitting on the key notes. You are cutting edge, you are brilliant! Thank you ma’am
