Can i ask how long like in total for you did it take you to fully reach where your at? I'm really invested and have been for a while in going into a filed that involves helping others and staying in line with sports as well. At first I was invested in becoming a PT and im still interested but I've been doing a lot more research into a Sports Medicine Doctor and im really starting to like it, like a lot lmao. Sorry if this is a lot just a curious college freshman, thank you!

Hello Adam! Very informative and helpful video! I want to tell you my current situation and my interest in this feild. I’m currently pursuing a bachelors degree in electrical engineering and I like it, but I have more of an interest in bodybuilding, exercise science and all the studies and just helping people. My question is that is it possible to go to med school with an engineering degree? Because I have took physics and chemistry but I know I still have some credits to take like biology and organic chemistry. Let me know and thanks again for the video !

Glad to hear the video was helpful. You can definitely go to medical school with an engineering degree. You just need to complete all your premed requirements as well as take the MCAT exam. An option if you are a nontraditional student many years outside of school is to do a one and a half to two year post bac program. I wouldn’t worry about that you don’t choose sports medicine until end of med school/residency you can be any major as a premed

How about sports neurology and/or neurosurgery as it relates to sports?
