Maus doesnt face tier V tanks it mostly faces tier VII tanks on a full down tier as it cannot be lower than that On a normal match it faces tier VIIII tanks with APFSDS And on a full uptier well🤕

​​@@chinazieswillstartww3253it's depend my shortest battle is only less one minute, but somehow I'm also spend almost 20 minutes craziest battle in my game career being the last one of panzer hunter killing 12 tank enemy with only 3 tank from US tier III I don't know playing war thunder is just skill issue or pure luck to killing 12 tank

The fact that the maus was surrounded but still survive make me impressed & laughing at the same time 😂

The first thing you have to do when you meet Maus is destroy the track then destroy the barrel and shoot the right side of the turret. if you have penetration above 300 you can do it from front

I can only see death when... the 128 Cannon, facing my tank

The big cannon that your Mauser has makes them tremble after penetrating them (we're still talking about tanks) 😅

simple: apcb no, apds (must have at least 250mm of penetration) penetrates, apdfsds yes, any chemical ammunition (heat)

​@@siddhesh_17at the beginning of the battle, before a battle starts there should be a selection where you choose what tank you want to play and there should be a slider how many shells you put, also you can select what type of shell you want above the slider.

@@gAb_3ll apcr is the shell that has a triangle tip, it has high penetration against thick armor but it makes less shrapnel to kill the crew and damage components of the tank, it's good for taking out major weakspots like the enemy tank ammo

Not really, in low tier it's pretty op but at top tier it'll just get one shot. Plus the armor of the maus is 200+ mm and the kv2 only has around 100+ mm of penetration.

There's an event on WTM called "Viking Armor" you can get the maus there but it is hard tho. Unfortunately the event ended and you have to wait until the next October - November, i think it's limited time only so you can't get it anymore but yea. Wait another 11 months i guess.
