LOL! Mexican inspired but not Mexican. They are using ingredients normally not used in Mexican cooking and complicate the preparation by adding more ingredients than normally used. I wouldn't trust Mexican food from the British.

you should actually use x2 tortillas if you want to be a lil more authentic :)

Looks good but I’d say you’re being overly liberal on the application of Mexican-style. I don’t see any cumin or oregano in any of these dishes. Not really using Mexican methods of cooking or combining food. I’d say this isn’t mexican in the least.

The all look good, but I don’t see how these are “Mexican style” meals. 🤷🏻‍♀️

They have Tortillas, Salsa, Guacamole etc. They are of course Mexican style meals. What else do you want for this food to be Mexican?

I was thinking the same thing, I'm from Tucson Arizona and this is considered South Western not Mexican but they do look good!

Not because this receipt has Chile ancho and beans, means it's Mexican. Name it differently guys and do some research on Mexican cuisine. Me desespera ver cómo se desperdició el sabor de ese chile ancho...so sad.

There's literally nothing "Mexican" about this. Mexicans don't use cheddar cheese or kidney beans, nor is "chili" a thing. This is more American. 🤮🤮🤮

Same here, in Mexico I never actually ate those things. Except quesadillas but totally different.

Chili beans are NOT Mexican! Made in South West USA- not Mexico.
