Hi . I am married with us legal resident... I am from Pakistan he came and marriage me. He stay for 12 days and when he went back he never submit my spouse petition and abuse me not receiving my calls I am in too much pain even I gone through some medical conditions 😢but he never ask me. What should I do. He never evens register our marriage in usa.. I just have video pictures marriage certificate and chatting as proof. Can I do this case?? Plz reply

If he never registered the marriage in the US and you are in Pakistan, there's nothing an American attorney can do for you.
If sum one over stay in the us can u help them to get a green card?
