Imagine you have to be in a 10% bracket if you're under 35yrs to be considered eligible.. with this been said it seems you have to be around 40-50 to qualify for a loan... 30yrs to pay off... so you have to work until you about 80 fi pay off u mortgage 😢😢... biggest scam inna the history of Jamaica

NHT needs a category for contributors with under 10 years of contributions... The new 10% 35 year old category only means the persons under 35 with the most contributions... So young it's mainly the older persons closest to 35

Over 10 bil taken from NHT lower govt debt and stabilize the economy. NHT can do more then that. They need to offer more to private developers to build these starter and entry level homes. The govt needs to speed up the process of enabling people to access titles to land and ease the pressure off NHT.
