    In order to keep our recommendations up to date, we maintain a 'Buyer's Guide' on our Patreon page (with a wide spectrum of models, and a lot of technical and lifestyle-related information). Organizing our recommendations this way makes it easier to include good models that we haven't made review-videos for yet, as well as to remove models which have developed unforeseen wear-issues over time, or which have been weakened by the manufacturer in their current iterations. You can access it here: www.patreon.com/posts/stroller-buyers-37953864 As an independent, consumer-oriented reviewer, we have fewer revenue-streams open to us than the majority of other channels out there, so we do ask for a small donation for access to this guide (as well as a free consultation and access to our other Patreon content). Great video. I had the dilemma of choosing a travel stroller myself. I was considering GB pockit due to portability and weight but realized its all plastic. I decided to get a yoyo instead. Already bought the yoyo before watching this. I'm glad I still made the right decision.

    Hi everybody, There's been a lot of talk lately about 'Greenwashing,' which is the process by which businesses promote their products as 'sustainable', 'eco-friendly' and so on, while in actual fact, their manufacturing processes and business models clearly show this to be nothing more than a marketing ploy. As soon as I heard about this concept (and even that several major companies have been penalized for it), I realized that this practice really defines the approach of virtually every major manufacturer in the stroller industry. If you'd be interested in reading more about this, please check out our article: 'Rampant Greenwashing in the Stroller Industry,' here: www.patreon.com/posts/rampant-in-38755846

    The Babyzen Yoyo is still the best for carryon and travel, imo, but I would recommend getting the Yoyo+ rather than the Yoyo2 for the free raincover, since otherwise the changes aren't very substantial. Also since it's being replaced by the Yoyo2, you can probably get it on sale :)

    We might get to it eventually, but I'm really not a fan of Cybex engineering in general, or Cybex as a company (they are just a front for Goodbaby International who sells products with a lot of the same mediocre components under a variety of different brand names, there's an in-depth article about this on our Patreon page). As far as finding a compact but comfortable stroller, I would need a bit more information regarding your circumstances, but I recommend checking out our Buyer's Guide, there is a link in the comment pinned just below this video. :)

    It's the all-city, but everything I say in this video applies to the all-terrain variant as well. A lot of manufacturers think a few small changes to the wheels are all one needs to turn a fragile urban stroller into a dune buggy, but they're wrong :)

    Totally agree, with the easy s twist. Terrible stroller. A wheel broke off after just 8 months, twice. The customer service is terrible, the company did not want to know. Paintwork chips easily, the hood also comes out with the pins sticking out. Ended up throwing it away. I had intended to buy the newborn insert for my second child, it didn't even last for the first. Avoid Cybex.

    We actually love the Ant as a travel system for our infant car seat. It’s by far better then a doona setup. As for using it for our toddler, the seat is small but we do plan to buy the footrest on its release date this month. That should fix the leg issue.

  • @evehg117

    @evehg117

    4 жыл бұрын

    We bought the leg rest for the Ant and our 18m old still looked squished and uncomfortable in it. The leg rest really doesn't extend out that much and the seat is already pretty short to begin with. It felt like a wasted 35€ on top of its 499€ price tag. In the end, we decided to sell the Ant and got the UPPAbaby Minu. Hope it does work out for you!

  • @katietoms646

    I have to disagree with some of the pockit plus review. We had one for our 2 and a half year old and the seat was not small. He was more than comfortable in it. Whilst I can’t argue with the long term engineering points, I can argue that it is not rickety and it was brilliant for town centres, retail parks, keeping in the car and quick trips too the local shop. Over all, if you want something Uber compact for an older child, it’s actually quite good.

    I have pockit plus too, and honestly I got my money's worth. Not waiting hours in customs because I got out of the plane quickly was totally worth that extra 200 😄 but other than that it's an okay stroller, easy to fold and open, not heavy and fits in a backpack, I wouldn't plan on using something so compact on a not perfect surface, obviously it's not going to be comfortable, for that reason I have giant wheel stroller 🤣

    & the thng with the strollers is, their just like cars, once u drive um off the lot, they depreciate a lot. Getting wht u pay 4 is questionable 2 begin with thus resale value drops. I think strollers frm 20/ 25 yrs ago were fine, they fit in ur trunk, even twin strollers. Tho there were afw glitches with steering twin types w/ swivel wheels in frnt. If there was poor weight distribution but, the 1's they make 2day R outrageously priced considering wht u get & resale value suxx

    @blairconny71213 жыл бұрын

    During the COVID, I have to travel with my new born. bugaboo ant is the best choice. 1) for new born, baby can face me 2) I can push the stroller right next to my airline seat 3) it is very strong, I can push onto the street in Europe 4) the material is of good quality. 5) the Baguio ant pocket is best stroller pocket I have ever bought. It can be closed and folded. 6) I like the back mesh bag access that allow me to take diapers etc on the plane without opening the stroller. But you must buy the leg rest. With Leg Rest, it’s the best travel stroller.
