I want to add to this a little 1: Please don't ALWAYS lock your trucks. Only keep your trucks locked when there's the danger of actual enemies stealing the vehicle or if you're 100% certain that you will need it again after a short while. If you're not going to use the truck anymore anyway, then leave it unlocked, so that your team mates can use it. It's pretty annoying when you're looking for a vehicle and there's a ton of locked trucks lying around the place. 2: If you don't need your truck anymore, put them into a storage building, like a seaport. People who need a truck can easily check the contents of a seaport on the map and then see that there are some in storage. Please don't just waste covered hull trucks especially in regions that don't have a garage, because having some stored in the area is vital for logistics to work and replacements will have to be delivered from far away via a freighter ship. 3: Vehicle crates in storage buildings can be unpacked with right click. 4: Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure your weapon will also become precise a lot quicker if you're standing near cover, indicated by the shield icon on the bottom of the screen. So if you're in a trench, your aim won't be bad, even though you're standing. 5: When you're doing logi, you can right click the stuff in your inventory and easily submit everything into a storage. 6: Alt+click on people to bring up a context menu. Use it to commend people who are helpful or funny or whatever else. Remember to commend your medics or people who help with repairs. 7: When you're carrying a big weapon like an LMG, it's faster to swap to your pistol than to actually put away the gun itself. 8: If you're defending a front and carrying a radio, then please forward the information to your fellow soldiers. It's incredibly helpful when someone keeps an eye on the radio map and can say stuff like "the enemies are flanking from the east" or "enemies north around 40m". The side lengths of those small squares on the zoomed in map are 41.6 meters and of the big ones 125 meters.

Better tip is: always carry a wrench even if you have no specific use for it at the moment. There will be moments where you encounter locked trucks on the road or blocking bridge and then you will be glad you have it. Every logi should have one. My logi loadout from most important to least important: Hammer, Radio, Wrench, Fuel, Binoculars. Binos help to fill the 2nd slot and increase your view range greatly. When you want to scout the area for specific truck that you need, like flatbed or dump truck, it's nice to overview the entire city. Also when the partisans took all the vehicles from resource fields, sometimes they don't blow them up and just lock them offscreen further away. With binos you can spot them much easier and bring them back. Saved few harvesters thanks to this already and ton of time bringing back crane, fuel truck and what not.

This is why my first load at the factory is always a few crates of wrenches (and radios) to dump in the town hall so those locked trucks magically disappear :D

0:44 rebind rotate cam key to Q/E or Z/X, so you can rotate cam while aiming/using binos

Sweet video, I'll be sure to remember some of those details I never think to teach fresh recruits, like the basic controls!

I fell in love with this game. The reason for that is you have to learn to be a team player. If you dont you will only get killed, or reported. The only con i can say is that its much more time consuming than any other game i have played before, (okay, maybe eve online can argue with me about that but that game is on a whole other level, there is way too much stuff there, for a mere mortal like me to learn that. I put more than hunderd hours into that game and still dont know jacksh.t about it. )

every newbie should watch this before starting 👍 Also for HH- some ideas for follow up video/s: cover & supression, basic building & trenches, common concepts in the game (like "what are shirts?")' , basic logi.

Also, in the event of multiple, stacked containers/vehicles; try shift+e to manually choose which inventory to access. This is especially useful when entering trenches with lots of casualties

I can not wait to be able to play this game tomorrow, holy hell it looks good. It’s everything I’ve always wanted and more, I love ww2 games, no unfortunately I’m not able to play Unlisted but this looks a million times better anyways, as I have always favoured top-down shooters as they are easier to control. This game looks so good!

Good tips. I was kinda surprised you didn't go over cover and suppression though, the bonuses you get from cover drastically change how you approach combat and make shadowdancing a lot riskier. Correct me if I'm wrong though, I'm just a washed up vet.

Nioce, what's the chances of a building tips video and what specific setups are best for new builders. I think alot of potential builders shy away from helping in building due to ignorance, being shouted at for wrong setups etc.

Good tips for new player but about locking vehicle, if you are using it lock it, but if you go away or become soldier or do something like that that dont need vehicle then just unlock it, its really annoying when youre under heavy enemy fire and you cannot use tank because somebody lock it, for no reason, So yea lock your vehicles but only if youre using them

Tip 6: Play Wardens. They're cooler.

The last one is soo important .. shpuld be the first one +Be afrait of have- & Tank-tracks they'll kill you buy contakt if moving

There is another thing, and trust me I am not intentionally criticizing a faction because there's a LOT of people who also agreed with me. You know when I first got in, I couldn't express my excitement and chose to be a Blueberry, while imagining dying in warm blood for the fatherland in a panzer or vive la France or whatever, DENIED. 2 days in as a private I experienced every bit of bitterness, Cadets would shotgun me in the face because I simply moved a cannon one degree, without telling me anything and without asking me why. Trucks ran me over and they have to be the angry ones and shout out to me as I'm the idiot in the road, where I literally was walking on the sidewalk. When I grabbed one, ONE bandage from a truck, 3 officers firing squaded me in front of a bunker of people and called me a moron, again when I'm still confused on what should I do... So, I switched side and joined the colonials, guess fucking what? non of that ever happened again, almost, like 80% of the players respect each other and often appreciate your help, they tell you what to do as a rookie and drop you Bmats and drive you to a garage when they already had something to do. I learned so fast and started off as a logistic. now I'm a Warrant Officer already.

Well sometimes it’s fixed by pressing pause>options>Voice>Reconnect. You could also try Refresh Devices. If none of those work after a few attempts, you may have to restart your game
