The problem I find is that a lot of these apps require Google Calendar which most people simply can’t use in enterprise unless they’re at some hip start up

Also I kinda hate how google calendar dominates outside of enterprise

Yeah this baffles me. Does anyone know why MS exchange integration is so rare. I hate MS software in general, but my institutions uses it, so I'm stuck with it. It's a pain that it is so poorly supported by most productivity software (e.g. calendars), and seems like a massive gap in the market.

you can easily integrate any calander into google calander, then google calander to whichever calander you use day. i do this with mine. so integrations on outlook calanders are not very good. so i integrate my apps to google cal, and then basically feed that calander to outlook works perfectly

@@pguerriera what's the point, you may as well use Google calendar than

@@Bob-qz5yj maybe, but for instance, i dont like google calander UI. its very simple but too simple. for me it just runs in the background as a reference. certain apps connect only to google and other to outlook. its just a midpoint bc i use outlook heavy and opening google calander on my computer is more of a pain
Akiflow and Routine look ideal for my purposes, great content
Excited to try Routine on Android. Before Sunset looks very promising too! I like how you can plan your day with the day view and drag&drop. Easy
Nice video, some of those app have great ideas. But I'm worried that if I start using a new app, it may be close in a year or so after the company dies. Many of those companies don't survive long.
Damn Routine looks sick! Hadn’t heard of that one. I wonder how it compares to something like Amie. Timestripe also nice design. Thanks Francesco 🙏🏻

Itlooks so promising but when I tries it I was buggy. Development happening rapidly though. It's missing integrations indeed but it looks so promising. The pages feature is just terrific
anything with outlook integration pleaseeeeeeee
I really stick to pen and paper for scheduling as AI is really taking over in apps and that is very worrying.
Currently a lot of pro plans have gone up in price because of AI. I wish AI was charged separately. In my opinion/experience, AI is still very much hit or miss, more on the miss side. Therefore, I don't really use it because it create more work than help. I think until AI is refined they should have it as an add-on, that way you can still use all the TRUE beneficial pro features. This is just my opinion.

So true. This is getting more annoying every day, some apps seem to even abandon their initial mission and plan to become yet another pointless AI productivity app, the cherry on top is when "AI" makes its way to the app's name.

@@santiagorivera9934 AI, is the new buzz word, so in order to continue to get investors they need to throw in AI. At the end of the day AI is nothing but a more refined algorithm, it is nowhere near actual intelligence. Even GPT is still garbage in and garbage out. It just samples from its database. Don't get me wrong I love the concept and I follow the topic closely but I still think it is in its infancy at least for mainstream consumption.
Are any like the old LifeBalance?

My Life Organized. very much like life balance but if I recall correctly it works on iPhone (and non Mac platforms) but not Mac desktop. There is a workaround but I forget details.
I don’t know how I can help but I’m on the Superlist beta. 🙂

You can tell us if it's worth the hype :D I have been on the waiting list for over a year and there are zero news from the team. Thought the whole project was sunsetted actually.
@AlexisToyane

To be frank, I was quite disappointed. Although it's clearly an active project, it's plagued with bugs, somewhat expected for a beta version. The features, especially the integrations with Linear and Slack and the collaborative elements, are exactly what I'd expect from such a tool. However, the app's usability is hindered, and the persistent bugs only exacerbate the issue.

@@mumrik I think they're collecting a few rounds of VC money. I don't see this paying off like it did for Wunderlist. App is basically like Taskade, but less "webby" and does not have the communication features that Taskade does. OK design, but kind of like everything else.

@@slickstufneatstuf Thanks for the insight. I always liked Taskade but felt it lacked polish and structure.

@@AlexisToyane Thanks for answering! Yeah, it does make me a bit worried about the whole project, because the productivity app space is moving so fast now. There seems to be products with just a few devs that have more functionality and are more polished that have been released since superlist was announced.
Superlist do not working anymore, you create in create an account and nothing happens
