This is where the UK sucks; the highest bill you can get is 50, and that is only really used to cash in at the bank, ever, and it doesn't matter because you'd have to use a five and a twenty to make the trick worth it, which is way too expensive for a Brit!

+Jack Taylor and you think our 100 is any different? $100 is worth more than 50 pounds. We DON'T normally walk around with $500 in our wallet unless we're too poor to have a bank account. Or perhaps have millions?

Not only are you a great magician, but you are also great teacher. I like the way you always take your time and explain with slow step by step instructions on every single one of your tricks, and will even repeat the process just to make sure your audience gets it. You make everything looks so easy. As always thanks for sharing and keep up the great work!!!!!

Pretty neat, pretty good... you can make a crisp bill out of a used one with Lysol. Just spray a bill till it's completely soaked and let it dry flat between two paper towels. It will dry to a nice flat crispy bill and have a nice fresh sent as well. And if you want it super duper crispy just use a clothes iron and iron it out.

Congratulations! After viewing this fine bill change routine I made the gimmick and began to practice...how simple and elegant! Then I noticed that the first posting was 10 years ago. Again, congratulations for sharing your talents so others may so easily and clearly learn to further the magical arts so desperastely needed in our divided world of today. The routine lends itself to creating one's own personalized story with unbelieveable magic woven easily into the entire storyline. With all of the cell phones attracting so much inward thought this is just what we need, peolpe are truly hungry for interrelation and well-told stories. This one "fills the bill," or should I say puningly, "fills the bills." Thank you wherever you are today.

It's a clean change!!! Personally I use extreme burn 2.0, I find that it plays big because you don't have to shake the bills to change them. To the spectator, they visually see the change happen with no moves or cover. But what you teach is great also because you need nothing extra other than the bills. I enjoy watching your magic and all your other vids!!!! Keep it up!!!!

Hey pal, Thank you so much. I have been a member of the Magic Castle since 1977, working professionally since 1980. I can''t tell you how many lectures I have been to, but I have to take my hat off to you. You are a excellent instructor, so clear, very clear. Most magicians even though they do great magic, they are unable to teach. I can't thank you enough for this effect (I never use the word trick) I will say this mystery, or this effect. The word trick cheapens you. One of my first mentor's told me a trick is when a dog stands on his hind legs, he was on Johnny Carson twice, and entertained Pres. Jimmy Carter at the White House, he taught me most of my card moves, shuffles, etc.. You made my day, thanks again pal. Magic Art. Las Vegas.

You have very strange logic. You say you first put the double-sided tape on the $1 bill because you rather damage a $1 than a $100 bill but you then stick it to the $100 bill anyway. At that point, it makes no difference which one you stuck the tape to first. They are both taped identically. Very odd! BTW, blow your nose!

Creative way to make extreme burn much easier to reproduce. Obviously you can't do a handout like extreme burn. But this is well made. Props Jarek.

FYI Rubber Cement comes right off money 100% clean without any damage. Thats why its used for most money tricks. Its the same stuff they use to put labels on magazines , it just peels right off without much effort, but it can make things perfectly smooth when needed

I did this many times and I got really great reactions but people asked a lot of questions about that weird side. The best reactions I ever got was when I did it behind a fence since it kind of covered that weird side. A safer bet is to get the newer version, much safer and cleaner

I just created this effect with Canadian money using $5 (blue) and $20 (green) and the gaff worked, technically speaking, but because the money is no longer cotton fiber but rather a hi-tech polymer, it's not easy to manipulate. The reason is that the polymer doesn't fold very well in that it doesn't hold a crease. Older Canadian bills may work better so I'll seek some out and let people know. But color difference didn't affect building the gaffed "bill".

i learned this a short time ago. was really easy to get it to look pretty good. my favorite thing to do is go to the store and buy some stuff that is more than 5 bucks. then i pull out the trick and count out 5 bucks, and tell the cashier i thought i had more but that's all i have with me. ask if they can help me out and then i change the 1's to 20's and pay. put the pack in my pocket and leave. works great. today i did it except this time i changed the 20's back to ones. the lady freaked and said i conned her and would not let me leave the store until the manager counted out the cash drawer..true story.
