Dude, you have been with me for a long time and I appreciate it :) I'm still using my Simonelli Oscar 1 for my video but I have the chance to play with a Black Eagle and a Coffee Racer each day :)
I keep failing and wasted like 10 pcs of milk 😢 can't figure out what's wrong then i decided to watch many youtube videos. Yours are the easy one to understand, thank you

Hey mate, yes, 3 and 4 holes steam wand works way better !
for cappucino u put same amount of air and same sec/min too as latte?

Well, cappuccinos require a little less milk so the time will vary downward. I do put the same amount of air tho! If you make cappuccinos the third wave way, your milk will be similair to a latte.
If you only need a little milk for a 6oz cap, how do you go about steaming? I also use oatmilk, it's so hard to nail on my breville 😩 (my nozzle has four holes in a square form)

Funny enough, I've been trying to nail this myself on my Breville with a 4 home tip and also use 6 oz glasses. Are you using a Barista edition/version of oat milk? Some are better than others. I've tried a bunch and Oatly and Califia seem to work best. Also, you definitely have to get the milk up to the minimum line, regardless of how much you need. I've also found that you really have to get that milk to swirl after injection air because shaking it up really adds a lot of bubbles. So, you need that broken down. Lastly, it seems like you need to let oat milk sit for 15-20 seconds after steaming to help it get a bit thicker. Pouring into another pitcher after helps me with the art part. Not sure if you do this or if it helps, but that's what I've been following with decent success while trying to tweak the end results.
You think I can make steam milk reasonably well in a french press?

I think you can froth milk for latte art yes, but a French press has its limits in terms of the texture of the milk. You should try various method !
Why my milk produce foam instead of paint like texture ?
til that noise means its burning
