Go for a kali gown/ anarkali.. Jo shoulder se hi start hojata hai.. Or focus kro.. ki gowns mai kaam shoulder ya dil k pass ho yani ki yoke pe... Try to get some good embroiderey patches... Or wo patches aap apne shoulder or bust ki taraf laga sakte hai... Can can jarur add kare.. gown mai.. Ek border add krle ghere pe... Or heavy dupatta or heavy jhumkas k sath pair krle... U will look perfect...❤️

I don't think u can.. golden colors kabhi bhi dye krke achieve nhi hota to ofcourse dyeable fabric nahi hoga... Still u can check with the Dyer..if it's a dyeable fabric or not..
