1) don't fix on critical way in ever situation. Stop LaBelle them as not confident. As shy, stubborn, angery etc. 2) stop correcting them all the time. You point out their behavior problem and work on it with different techniques and counseling. Plz don't focus everytime. If you do as then impact negative in their behavior, thinking so avoid 3) take opinion: ask them their want, thinking and wish, Give them importance, respect that enhance their worth. 4) Give them power of choice in food, clothes so in this way they feel important and respect that you give. They feel confidence in positive, happy vibes. 5) there are not must successful when they do effort but you appreciate them in every try because they improve in their efforts in positive vibes and keep away from criticism. .

Phopo k pass jany ka time kum krna ki koshish krain.. Us ko ya phopo ko bolain nhi buchi ko apny sath busy krain... Vo mobile dakhti h to alternate dain us ki pasand k games la dain....
