He said something about adolescents. Adolescents are more sensible to spirits and ghosts around them. I don’t remember in which video . It’s good to have drishti, and fire an oil lamp in order to protect their energies more than adults . If it’s can be helpful. 😉

Things that made my mental health improve: Working out Playing guitar Deleting social media Stay away from anything negative energy weather it's people ,things on internet... Learning knew things about the universe. Spending time with my family Spending less time on the phone

There are plenty of things you can do to help make sure you keep yourself mentally healthy. Get plenty of sleep. ... Eat well. ... Avoid alcohol, smoking and drugs. ... Get plenty of sunlight. ... Manage stress. ... Activity and exercise. ... Do something you enjoy. ... Connect with others and be sociable.

Sadhguru, I, finished Inner Engineering and I love the practice and everything about Isha and your sayings. So I decided to try for a week the vegetarian diet, and focused on NOT cooking anything, just feel the liveliness of each bite. It worked out well. But I was still feeling lethargic, especially after lunch i was always sleepy. I know that my body needs to rest but not sleep, but my eyes were so heavy that I napped for 20 mins per day. I just want to see if I can surpass the napping or is it okay to nap for 20 mins
