    @@MTTPokerSchool Both :p...... Specifically i was talking about OOP c-betting but both would be useful - instinctively for facing a cbet whilst OOP I feel like this video is very helpful anyway as you can see villain's tendencies and if they're over/under cbetting and certain boards!

    @@MTTPokerSchool Quick question i meant to add earlier - does cbetting frequency correlate with cbet size (i.e. combining tip 3 and 5 - would the boards we're betting more frequently want a smaller size and the less frequent ones want a larger size)

    Love this video! These quick tips are a very efficient way of learning in my opinion, and capture some pretty in depth ideas without having to fully dive deep into them. Great for beginners as well. Would love to see some more of these, specifically about ICM, strategies for different stages of a tournament, playing against extremely loose players, and combating limps. Just a few examples that I would love to see!

    Will these frequencies be similar for 100bb+?

  • @MTTPokerSchool

    @MTTPokerSchool

    3 жыл бұрын

    Good question. There will definitely be some similarities, but the ranges are a bit different at 100bb because we go 2.5x so the BB's range will be a bit tighter (as it costs more to call). The key thing is to work out which boards are better for each player and work out what that means for each player's strategy. Do you use a solver? Or can you run some range vs range spots in Equilab for example?

    Hello Gareth. Against most weak opponents in micro and low stakes do you think it is a good strategy to go as wide as c-betting 100% of your range on most board textures that aren't very connected?

  • @MTTPokerSchool

    @MTTPokerSchool

    3 жыл бұрын

    Yeah I think c-betting very frequently for a small size is one of the easiest exploits against players who will overfold and under check-raise.
