@@DaniL-ph5ks there’s being different and there is dressing straight up goofy. I used to dress up goofy unknowingly and got flamed for it. I learned how to dress a bit since then and ain’t nobody tried me since. Not saying that somebody should get insulted on their style if they dress different, but make sure what your wearing makes sense if you don’t want to suffer the repercussions if you don’t.

I’ve copped three pairs of NBs in the past 3 months. Not one regret at all. Oh and Richie a real one for pausing the video for his homie to blow his nose instead of letting him go out sad.

I love the shift towards unbranded socks, I get em by packs at Walmart instead of the Nike elite ones from back in the day 💀

I love the New Balance 1080v series. The MOST comfortable running shoe in my collection. I am a college runner but they have a great tech wear vibe and aesthetic.

I don’t usually side with gatekeepers/gatekeeping, but this video made me sympathize with people who do this for NB. Happy for their recent growth to the mainstream and I want everyone to rock it; new or old, but this video was cringe ESPECIALLY that StockX tip. You can’t tell people to explore then tell them what models to get 😂 Man, wear whatever models, socks, or baggy ass sweats you want with NB. I’ve seen people break these “rules” and make fire fits.

Great tips fellas. I’ve been rocking with NB since 2015 and they’ve always been solid. Respect from the Bay Area, Ca.

So I won’t cap but I watched your video way back and came up on it again today. Let me just say I bought into the New Balance 2002R natural Indigo/cream colour way and by far my favourite shoes out in the market. New Balance shoes are so comfortable and stylish. Now I have Jordan’s,dunks and more of the hype shoes of course even tho I’m not into the hype stuff. I’m glad I walked into the new balance wave cause I’m more of a guy who goes out of my way to pick things I like not what’s hype or bandwagoning with the people. So thank you to you for posting this video on the New Balance she’s that are in style.

Remember everyone was getting clowned for either wearing New Balances or Sketchers in Middle school. I always fuced with NB’s they hit different honestly 😂

One of the best videos I’ve seen about new balances 🔥🔥🔥 I got some New balance V5 990 black ones best shoe to wear with slim black sweats and black socks and any tee shirt and jean jacket on top ✅ same with gray ones with gray sweat and white socks

I got a pair of the Aime Leon Dore 993 at retail for my first ever New Balance, and it’s one of my favorite pairs in my collection rn

I only like 574 NB shoes and i rock em with no show socks cause they look best with casual clothing. Gives that semi preppy look

NB shoes has been my favorite brands for both casual and running shoes. Now all my shoes are NB made. I wouldn’t have been able to wear them had it been the old me, but I’m out of my comfort zone and NB is my new comfort zone 😃 and my favorite one is NB 997h

The last one is the best advice on here. I’d brushed new balance off for a long time and it was definitely a mistake.

Highly recommend you guys get more into the GR Made In USA colorways. One of the biggest reasons why I love NB so much is because they have so many readily available GR colorways. Well said. Straight disrespectful on the footwear models that made New Balance what it is today just as the 990, 997 and all other made in USA/UK pairs like the 992 and and 991. They even have hype collars on these exact models that have came out recently and are in the spotlight now. Sick of seeing 2002Rs and 550s being the sole purpose people are on New Balance

the beautiful thing about new balance is you can style them so many ways. wear them however you want, there isn't a "definitive" way to wear them. like the whole "can't wear baggy sweatpants with NBs" is such cap, obvious hypebeast vibes here but that's to be expected i guess. basically at this point, i've seen any and all 990s styled in pretty much every single way and look good so don't stress it.

Yeah being from the DMV and wearing NB’s since the early 90’s on the regular. I was watching with a side eye but they actually did pretty good. I would add stop lacing them tight ass hell and all the way up to the last loop but maybe that’s just us. Seeing the Nike socks with them on the internet was blowing minez but I thought maybe it’s a generational thing.
