I always loved how Sheldon and Penny developed a sibling like bond as the show progressed, and she was one of the only people who was able to understand his quirks.

Penny and Sheldon are so sweet but Missy and Sheldon definitely have they’re moments too

I always tear up when Sheldon dedicates his graduation speech to Missy, and how her courage has inspired him to feel better about moving onto college.

After moving to Pasadena, Penny was like a substitute sister to Sheldon. I enjoyed watching the Shenny moments. I know Sheldon and Missy have their differences, but they're great siblings.

Penny and Missy bonding over having a sisterly bond with Sheldon and being adult besties is one of the best things ever!!!

In Young Sheldon it were nice for Missy to comfort Sheldon when he were upset. But in TBBT Penny gave Sheldon a signed napkin as a xmas gift and gave her a hug as a thank you. I think that Sheldon and Penny's sibling like bond were the best.

I never thought Young Sheldon would be a success, but it’s SO freaking good and Missy is a DOLL!!! I watched a movie recently and I couldn’t figure out where the daughter was from and it drove me nuts. It ended up being Missy.

Sheldon and Penny’s sibling like relationship is so pure.

One of Penny’s best older-sister moments happens in the 2nd-to-last episode. When Sheldon is freaking out over the amount of attention he is receiving from winning the Nobel Prize, it is Penny who takes him for a drink and gets him to calm down. This moment often gets overshadowed, since it happens immediately after the revelation that the elevator is finally fixed. But it does a great job of illustrating exactly how far Sheldon and Penny’s relationship has gone.

TBBT was ruined with the last four seasons. Chuck Lorre he’s an idiot who always ruins his shows for cheap comedy. He ruined Leonard and Penny and honestly he’s a fool for doing that. As long as they don’t make any spin off to take place after the shitty finale, fine. The social should’ve been sooner anyways that’s what ruined it.

It went from a fun, happy comic book show to a depressed, stressed, anxiety-inducing show, all just by the choice of colors used and the saturation of the lighting. Over the years, it transitioned from contrasting colors with highly saturated lighting to blended colors and very lowly saturated lighting (kind of like how a non-aired pilot would look).

@@rwwilson21 Yep. That change along with the IDIOTIC PERSONALITY changes, is what ruined the show. Part of the problem is that Chuck Lorre is an idiot that doesn’t know how to write relationships and love, so he took the cheap and lazy route and said “hey, let’s just turned Leonard and Penny into Alan and Lyndsey, from TAAHM, my OTHER depressing show!” 🖕Chuck Lorre.

Penny and Sheldon’s bond was just different. Penny was exactly what Sheldon needed without even trying. Her and Lenard where like parents battling joint custody one moment then the older brother and sister the next. Don’t get me wrong. I think every character in the show made the show better in there way and honestly wouldn’t be the same if you remove any of the main 7 but the mane 3 could of had there own successful show alone. Raj, Howard, Bernadette and Amy added there own irreplaceable characteristics to the show too

Even though there are plot-points that don't match-up between BBT and Young Sheldon - I believe the two shows are the closest of any "spin-offs" ever... but my favorite 'sister' episode is the graduation scene... I never had a chance to experience anything like that, and would have hoped if I had - it would have been something like that... ☺

I'm just now watching The Big Bang Theory series.But I hope there is a scene where missy and penny defend sheldon together. I would love to see that.😊

Yeah a bit of writers revenge for s/p. At the start they wanted s/p to hook up but were rejected .When the series started to slide they made them closer. In the end, they made s/p the unmarried couple, closer than even l/p and sacrificing the actual married couple. The writers butchered the series.

BBT: When 'adult' Missy visits Sheldon & 'lectures' him about whom she "can & can not date"

Not to be "that guy," but we all know that by the time Young Sheldon reached season 6, the sibling relationship between Sheldon and Missy turned to shit.

Spoiler alert that scene between penny and Sheldon at the ice cream parlour is thankfully not as tragic given what was revealed in young Sheldon season 7

I thought the moment the Chicken flew into Kid Sheldon's Face while he was riding a Bicycle was EXTREMELY Funny. But to be fair, I have seen none of the episodes of "Young Sheldon" (Aside from Clips shown by MsMojo or WatchMojo) but have seen every single episode of "The Big Bang Theory", so I knew about Sheldon's Fear of Birds (Ornithophobia) and a Chicken incident Adult Sheldon mentioned. But still knowing about those things didn't stop me from the moment the Chicken flew into Kid Sheldon's Face while he was riding a Bicycle EXTREMELY Funny. I watched that clip in this video 3 times and laughed every time.

Most of the time, they both stink. I watched those shows in spite of them not because of them. But they had their shining moments, and this video does a great job showing off what they are

Penny should NOT HAVE been written as close to Sheldon as she was in the last four seasons. It RUINED the relationship dynamics. After Amy dumped Sheldon, Penny shouldn’t have taken pity on him, and she should’ve moved out. She even complain to a therapist about living with Sheldon as if it wasn’t her fault.

@@ChristopherBingham-xx8xl No, dude. The high ratings and not wanting an empty time slot is what kept it on the air. The show should’ve ended MUCH sooner. Like seven or eight seasons TOPS. Penny was ruined, and they turned her into a taller Bernadette without the doctorate. Also, like Bernadette, she treats her husband like SHIT.

She became like Bernadette (she treats her husband like SHIT), and pretty soon, she’s gonna be JUST like Beverly. Penny should NEVER have bothered with ANYTHING regarding Beverly. She’s a SHREW. They basically had a second wedding BECAUSE of her, yet she THANKED them for not inviting her to the ORIGINAL wedding. 🤦‍♂️ Chuck Lorre is an idiot, and always ruins his own shows.

@@BenE8844 if the characters didn't evolve, the ratings may have gone down. And they could always have come up with another show for that time slot. Penny treated Leonard badly for 12 years and it didn't seem to cost them viewers. Bernadette treats Howard badly? Sometimes. But usually it's the other way around

everyone knows Missy was the most annoying character on the show next to the neibor boy
