Northman and Norsemen freedom is best done united, not separated. It's "the great heathen army", it was not "the independent heathen army of Norway". Us being strategically separated is just as stupid as one king trying project his status to rule everyone of us. Both situations pits Northman and Norseman against Northman and Norseman so we don't focus on the real threats to our freedom. There's no contradiction of each entity having their own jurisdiction as a state, it's specific niche of geographical regional culture and that we all together having the Great Northern Strategy.

Gratulerer med dagen 🎉 Just wanted to say that 17th of May is our constitution day, when we made our Norwegian laws back in 1814. Becoming free from Denmark. But we had to be in a union with Sweden till 7th of June 1905. That is our independence day. It's an official flag day but it's not celebrated like our constitution day 17th of May ❤

🇧🇻 Gratulerer med dagen! Hails from 🇺🇲 where we also celebrate Syttende Mai in areas. I realize the term Syttende Mai is a long established tradition that won't change but what do Norwegians think of calling the day Norges Frigjøringsdag or Norges Uavhengighetsdag or Norges Nasjonaldag? By referring to the anniversary date rather than the reason for celebration it appears Norwegians are uncomfortable expressing their desire to live as a free independent nation or perhaps don't see themselves as a people or native ethnicity worth preserving. We have witnessed something similar in the US as Independence Day is more often now called the fourth of July or just the fourth.

It would also be cool to see Norse Magic and Beliefs cover Thor Heyerdahls claim or books suggesting the norse Aesir gods came from the sea of azov /troy and went to scandinavia, he had some evidence to support these claims and the haplogroup r1a which many east europeans have supports this too

Hi, I just found your channel. Learning a lot. TAK. Hope all is well with you. I have a question. In the Gospel of St. Thomas it reads: "If you bring forth what is within you, what you bring forth will save you. If you do not bring forth what is within you, what you do not bring forth will destroy you." I wonder if there is a correlation to Viking myths and teachings? Also, in other vids you mention 8 parts to the soul?! Could this verse be referencing one (or more) of these parts, like the Fylgia, Hamingja, beserker...? Finally, does this make any sense to you? I mean, if you bring it out it will SAVE you. But if you don't, it will DESTROY you? What is this 'thing'? What would it save us from? And how do you bring iti out? Stay well friend. TAK

Go ahead and say I'm spurging out about this but just like how they use cheddar man in the UK to justify Mass immigration etcetera and in Ireland nonsense ideas like original Irish were highly melanated are you trolling people like me what's the deal. If you care about history I'm sure you care about the future.
