Glad to have come across your videos. Counties are now bringing in bylaws that will limit the number of "animal units" you can have on your property. This includes farmers. A friend of mine from Wainwright, whose dad farms/ranches in the area, said "oh Ya. They have to do it to get federal money to repair roads etc." The County office in Wainwright said when Thorhild had their meeting, they had to call in the Mounties because it became so heated. It's about 200 pages of regulations municipalities must meet to get money. Things like fencing back from water sources.

Thanks for watching! Yeah it can be quite the shock seeing how tightly managed some of the counties are. Most would assume there is less control than in major cities and towns. I’ve heard that there have been a few rocky council town halls lately. What county are you in?

It would really depend on your intended use. The three major counties are quite different in certain bylaws and uses permitted depending on land size.
