It is a great track!
One thing that you did touch on but cannot be emphasized enough is that there are 2 parts to Braselton in terms of land use. There is the part in Jackson County which is the "last stop on the train" to rural Georgia, and there is the part not in Jackson County(Barrow, Hall, Gwinnett) which is textbook Suburbia. The best part is Jackson County because you have to be in Chateau Elan or a small sliver of mulberry Park to get those Gwinnet Schools (Seckinger and Mill creek) while Jackson County is a decent school and is much more affordable. You can drive down to the Hamilton Mill walmart and Hop on a bust to Atlanta for Public Transit(but that is not very feasible).

just find me a CRAFTSMAN STYLE home with at least a 3 car garage or some property so I can build that or a BARNDOMINIUM and im in !!! If I go that route though I need a excellent builder ! Thanks Ashley !@@ashleylazarian

Braselton sounds like Nashville, Tennessee.. you drive downtown you have the Titan stadium you drive around and in 10 minutes your in Brentwood, Tennessee 😂😂😂😂
