Dude you're allowed so many connections on a VPN how you wish to use them is up to you i once asked Nord vpn about using letting my bro and daughter connecting to my account they was fine with it you cant go above your connection limit

I sail the seven seas looking for linux iso's with my vpn. I don't down load every day, and even then only few titles at a time.

Don't use PayPal on a VPN also.
