    You've got more structure than I do that's for sure 🤣🤣 My main issue is I don't really do S&C as well as taking protein shakes 😅😅 Hopefully soon I get into a rhythm, keep up the vids 🔥🔥

    Thanks, it’s taken me a while to build a routine. Having the structure to get things done is essential for progress in my eyes! Plan, plan, plan is my best advice! More vids to come out now I’m back on my adventures 🤙🏼
