Not sure you will like me much after this video! This is based on local legal regulations for candle makers (UK).
Some of those things, I wish I could do like blending FO like my fellow candle makers @sent.studio such a cool concept and an amazing brand identity! Check them out if you don't know them yet!
The National Candle Association (NCA) has issued a safety message regarding a growing number of candles on the market that contain flammable materials including dried flowers, leaves, herbs and wood embedded in the wax near the flame - Read the report below.

Yes, agree with 4 of them. To not be able to combine the FO's is most disappointing one.., unless you can afford it 😅

I’m from the uk and I’ve seen many candles sold in shops that look like food so please could you explain further how this is not legal to do ?

The EU is even more strict for scented candles labeling as each business needs to record each candle (mixture) to the poison center and get an UFI code based on the exact mixture. So in the EU no fragrance blending FOR SURE
1. I do believe an uncoloured candle is classiest. i Despise embedded petals, flower, sticks, etc. as they do become a fire hazard and may produce unwanted carcinogens. 2. I do believe we can place a single crystal atop the candle for "garnish". Must be removed before burn time. 3. Again i don't believe in colouring a candle. dyes, micas or glitters. rather have a very fancy vessel or label that speaks for the scent of the candle. 4. When using fragrance oils - stick to one supplier/brand. Do not use fragrances from different suppliers or brands as they may cause unwanted effects. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE ESSENTIAL OILS. 5. Candles should look like candles. i have seen far too many shapes that represents anything but a candle. if you are quirky, have your fruitloops candle, but have it in a showcase behind a sheet of glass. or have your garden gnome shaped pilar candle amongs your display flowers... but understand the risks when it involves uninformed people and know that when you burn it, it will never look the same.
