    You're incredible easy to get addicted to, not sure why but your energy is probably spot on. No fancy music, no fancy editing, just overall very interesting and inspiring videos all the time. I love your take on the shoulders and how not to lock them all the time. I have been doing this for the past few months and at first it felt weird because locking your shoulders has always been a big part when doing chest for example. But now it feels great! Keep up the great work!

    one handed rows are amazing, i started doing unilateral seated cable rows with elbows tucked in and its amazing, it allows me to really just focus on each lat. stretching it, almost crunching it in and then holding it for a second gives me a contraction close to cramps. i've definitely seen alot of lat improvement from it

    You are completely right. I myself did unilateral seated cable rows. And it really helped me to fix my Lat muscle imbalance. I'll for sure stick to it for more growth

    This is one of the best videos I've ever seen. Not just the training advise, even the immediate getting to the fucking point.     I always felt that letting my shoulders stretch forward in pulls felt good, and was surprised how doing that with rows triggered such a reaction from my upper back. I can't remember people talking about this one though. Only got comments to not round my back. It's a different stretch but it can look similar.
