Every new mom and intending mom should listen to this! It's more soothing to hear a fellow woman encourage others to take breaks and give their bodies certain graces of relaxation. Use the hospital list 😂, it gives an idea of the necessary things, all those swings and machines that are for serenre can be put aside😂
