I believe sv is a higher trim

You should've got the 2018 altima special edition or the midnight edition both comes with black rims and 8inch touch screen which looks up too date. they both have leather custom heated seats

Mines a 2017 SV with heated seats and all that even heated steering and blind spot monitor

The cvt failure rate is very low tho its only 6% of them Most cvt fail cause people ignore the service its best to chnage fluid every 30 to 40k miles never listen to the dealerships when they say Lifetime fluid that is pure garbage 🗑

I have a 2017 SV and I have the same rattling noise from the speaker

You can remedy it by identifying where it comes from and put something soft inside the door panel

I got the same car but a 2018 SV really no difference
