I like my 23 Bronco Raptor better then my 22 392XR.. I feel it’s hard to get a honest opinion about the Bronco Raptor , because so many people can’t give unbiased review, maybe they’re too in love with the Jeep brand I think it’s night and day.. Jeep doesn’t compare and doesn’t give you the features the Raptor does. I don’t feel it’s loud, as far as wind noise compared to the 392, but my Raptor has the sound detonating material on the roof panels I like the 10 speed transmission. If you order with the leather interior, you get power seats.. vinyl you don’t because it is supposed to be for getting dirty and easy to clean, so they didn’t have power seats..I really like the interior and the layout is better than the wrangler, You get more with the Raptor.. even without the V8. I think the 3.0 V6 sounds great and sounds like a 418 HP V6 should.. bonus is the 15.5 mpg average I like the 4 exhaust sound modes, the 3 suspension modes, the 3 steering modes.. The GOAT modes. The list is bigger with the Bronco Raptor then the 392 for usable user features.. To be honest, I don’t think I’ll ever buy a Jeep again! After owning 6 over a 12 year period.. and I’m sure you know the list of things wrong with the Jeep and have been for a long time and they haven’t fixed starting with number one! THE CORROSION PROBLEM that’s been going on for 20 years and still hasn’t been fixed.. NO THANKS. Also put a bunch of money into the Jeep to make it BIGGER BEEFIER just for it to ride like crap, lose power, and after all that..still be smaller in size then the Bronco Raptor..NO THANKS But I do still own my 2012 Wrangler Unlimited.. My 2cents and unbiased opinion. Cheers!

I completely understand what you mean. To me the Rubicon 392 is a much more raw and insane experience. For a daily there is no comparison, the Bronco is better. However for what I use them for, special days just wanting to have fun. The Jeep wrangler is worlds better. Thanks for watching!

Definitely. I understand that, the 392 is really fun off road but not as comfortable on road. Bronco has both worlds covered with a few tight exceptions on the trails. Thanks for sharing with us!

Easy fix for everything you mentioned. Get you a ZR2 and all your hate will go away. Any way it is much better than the 24 392 red interior.

Just because ZR2 rhymes with 392 doesn't make it cool. The red interior is horrible haha

5.0 v8 msrp would be at 160k+ imo- I just got a Braptor myself and yes a v8 would be the cherry on top but Ford didnt wanna make this a “fast” truck but a more capable one. My V8 is the c8 z06 So i dont really mind the eco boost 3.0 on the Brap. Love ur vids and luv the 392.

What kind of mileage are you getting on average? For all the haters....mileage was not an issue when I bought my current Gen 2 Raptor...Just curious...Great video and subscribed. My local dealer in southern IL just got a 24 Bronco Raptor in and the sticker is 100,070.00.

Reason Ford didn’t go with the 5.0 is the lack of Torque. It’s make it too high up in the RPM band and it’s a pretty high reving motor. Also, I wouldn’t sleep on the Ecoboost motors. Just look at the what the Explorer ST is able to do with an Intercooler and E50 tune. Way more potential than you think. Also, I’m about to dip into the 12’s with my 2.7L E85 Tuned Bronco. Won’t be too far behind you my friend 😅

I 100% agree that Ford dropped the ball on engine choice. While the 3.0TT is a very capable engine, the V8 Coyote engine would’ve been an all around better choice. The power delivery and sound of the V8 fits a “Raptor”. It weighs pretty much the same, it actually fits the engine bay with no modifications. And costs less than the current TT we have.

  • @GodspeedZRZ

I am with you, the 3.0tt makes no sense other than ford loving ecoboost engines haha

I’d buy these all day long at 70k. Ford just wouldn’t let me order one to purchase at msrp when they first came out. I just can’t pull the trigger at 89, 90 or up. Just doesn’t seem right when my 392 was 73k. Hell I can’t even lease one where I live and I have great credit.🫤

That ray and Zach show says both stellantis and ford have a rude awakening coming since inventory is too high and just sitting. We’re waiting to see what happens.
