as a 1 million xp fiddle on supp (yes really) I do appreciate this video as I am roaming a lot and understanding my champs original role helps me to adapt him and use him in the best way for my team.

with fidd you have to know how to use your position in fog of war to catch some enemies. And fidd is one of those champs that cant beat thanks champs.

If you’re emoting, it counts as pretending to be an effigy. I’ve gotten some cheesy kills this way as fiddle support

After watching this vid I see why I have struggled playing Fiddlesticks. I am a Rammus main so it makes sense. Primarily because Rammus is very much a run hard and fast champion that can take a hit. Fiddlesticks on the other hand is the quiet patient ambusher. I appreciate your insight sir and will put it to good use. Thanks.

@@kingfidd Yeah. I recently got Mastery 6 on Kha'Zix. I think a similar attitude applies to both champs. Just the bug man has better evasion. lol

Fiddle Mid would be a good video to make on.

The fact that you can’t fear enemies with r if you’re disguised as an effigy in vision unlike his other abilities is criminal. The effigies even fake an ultimate sometimes when enemies reveal them, and yet the r channel pulls you out of passive so it doesn’t fear like your other ones :(

BABE WAKE UP KING FIDD DROPED

So I've recently started maining Fidd in the jungle and developed a sort of degenerate strategy. I found that with a bot leash, you can fairly consistently get both scuttle crabs if you save your second smite. You can also delay your first recall for a second full clear and ganks and you'll be able to afford a dark seal plus Sorc shoes with money left over for a control ward. It's not optimal but it's gotten me an ok winrate so far

Hey kingfidd, do you know if enemies can see the little omen thing above their heads when fiddlesticks is ulting? I’ve wondered for a while now but they don’t seem to react since it’s a very subtle cue unlike sion R

Will fiddles ult fear if he wasn’t in vision during his ult channel, but has to walk for a few seconds before an enemy is in range? Would that count as using the ability “not in vision or out of combat” or do they have to be in range for the first tick to get feared?

There's a few situations that can happen with Fiddlesticks ult. 1) You ult out of vision and when you appear the enemy is in your ult. This is what you want to happen and they will immediately be feared as you arrive. 2) You ult out of vision and when you appear no one is inside your ult and you are now in vision. If you walk forward your ult will not fear. (Note: sometimes if you barely miss and walk forward a tad to hit you will fear if the game hasn't updated your vision status yet though.) 3) You ult out of vision and when you appear you are still out of vision. (You ult into a bush) Anyone who gets hit by your R while you are still out of vision in the bush gets feared.

Hexflash can be good to be aggressive early and reposition ult but I don't like it that much

It can be preference but I prefer red, I hardly get use out of blue since I am usually in the right spot to R.

I don't like Anathema's on Fiddlesticks. If you have someone you really need to CC and lock down, try asking someone else to buy it if you have a tank top or tank support. If you are playing Fiddlesticks top and need to deal with a split pusher it could be good, otherwise get someone else to buy it.

Hii king fidd, I have question about the pet choice ~ I just picked up fiddle for the first time and OPGG told me to pick blue pet but is it good/correct choice for fiddle? Which jungle pet item do you always buy? Has there been any situations you bought green pet for example? Tank fiddle or smth idk. Hope you understand my question and hope you reply :)

I have been going red pet every game, I dont get much use out of blue pet imo and green pet is nerfed. Don't go tank fiddle

It sounds like his effigy ability is pretty weak and doesn't really work with his actual abilities. Especially since a jungler needs to move around probably the most out of all other characters.

I noticed in my games I often have a decent early to mid game (3/0/2 for example )but then cant kill targets anymore or start dying more and more. I think it has to do with the end of the laning phase when everyone starts roaming randomly across the map and I could run into someone at any moment. :( Also regarding items it feels kinda boring. T2 boots, rocketbelt are basically must haves. After that you can go for HG but regarding dmg that doesnt work too well. Aside of that, Voidstaff when they start getting MR. Additional damage items wouild be DC, Horizon Focus and Shadowflame. Testing in practise tool showed little difference against tanky targets but against squishies HF+DC does a lot. Technically I like Cosmic drive, but cant really find a time to buy it. I know there's defensive options too (banshee, rylais, morello etc) but I usually just want cdr, mpen and as much dps as possible.

Also what i found working is cross mapping like he ganks bot herald gone, shows top invade on bot so u just get so far in farm he cant come back

It depends. Star Nemesis is good for cosmically destroying enemies, Praetorian for maximum fear effect, or Surprise Party for a little bit of trolling.

If you time it right, ult + w + flash for multi target fear and drain. The w extends q fear passive to fear everything that is in w vicinity after flashing. It’s niche, but does a lot of damage and catches a lot of people off guard.

Honestly I wish there was some tooltip for Fiddle fear
