HI Justin, love your channel! i literally just returned this product to the supplier after a week of trying running Adobe Premier Pro. Everything run perfectly smooth until i tried to apply "Look Preset" everytime, the video started to be really jerky. The voice and image dont go together. I am really disappointed because i am a Window lover, and I thought this product was the ideal one. But unfortunately, this doesn't perform as I expected!

Dell systems a big no from long time, they are waste of money. Their philosophy to sell a product is to market, that's all they know. I suggest Dell to improve the hardware quality and give people value for what they are paying for.

What Dell XPS 15 model is it exactly? Also, that auto reframe feature is nuts! Will be making use of in my edits, thanks!!

It is a sponsored video, I have 1000 videos on my channel and maybe 10 of them are sponsored. I did not choose the final title otherwise I wouldn’t have named it 5 tips but hopefully it’s still helpful in some way and it does help me continue to make the 99% of my other videos which are not sponsored

Why on earth are you suggesting people convert a 3840x2160p video to 1080 by 1920? It's sad in the first place that people even record video in portrait mode with their phones. Phone manufacturers shouldn't even allow this kind of stupidity. One should be forced to turn the phone to the side when recording any kind of video so that the entire frame is filled. Otherwise, watching any video in 1080x1920p is just annoying af. Posting video in 1080x1920p screams amateur.

@@JustinOdisho Vertical videos are what amateurs produce. Ok, they work well for recording suicide jumps from tall buildings, but that's about it. There's probably a reason why you don't see movies, documentaries, professional productions, etc recorded in vertical mode. That's because it makes zero sense to produce content with this kind of viewing dimensions. Again, I suppose it's the phone manufacturers that are to blame. But, someone with more experience like yourself should at at least be encouraging people to record video the correct way especially if their intention is to distribute that video.

Although I don’t disagree with you or hold any special favor toward vertical video, I see no particular reason to find them extremely offensive over widescreen formats. Widescreen video aspect ratios are also just extensions of the physical technology used to capture them. It’s not like one is natural or “correct” it depends on the context, widescreen also involved arbitrary evolutions based on the film capturing technology. It seems like your issue is more of a cultural or political one regarding the art of film. I’m just a knowledgeable editor not a professional film producer. I’m also not encouraging anyone to film in vertical video or touting it as better, I’m simply showing the auto reframe feature for people who already do that
