    5 super foods:- 1) White butter full of vitamin A , b, d, E, K :- Raw form of ghee or ghee 2) Rice with dal :- best amino acid in lunch or dinner 3) nuts ;- night soaked almonds:- night 5-8, soaked walnuts:-1-2 , soaked prune, figs, raisins 4) soaking pumpkin seeds , flax seeds, 5) shredded coconut, coconut water.

    Better to eat the fruit. Juicing them is such a waste of fibre etc. which is essential for minimizing glucose spike.

    I would like to add that this is particularly about 'fruit' juices. Sometimes you can juice certain veggies to target certain issues. Little fruit is added to the vegggie juice just to make it palatable. This should be ok. But don't make it a norm that we drink juices every single day unnecessarily.
