Its a great market! I went a couple nights in a row! I also really like the Jodd Fairs market! Any other ones you recommend for me?

It’s hard for me to limit myself to spend only $5 when it comes to night market. Too many choices that it will be difficult for me to choose from and therefore I will likely end up buying everything I want to try 😊

I like your attitude about the skewer. Pad Kraprao in Thai have varieties in taste. A lot of chef cook it in different ways.

The authentic pad kaprao must have no carrot, no baby corn, no beans. And use black sauce, not oyster sauce.

For the chicken skewer, the texture becomes raw-ish because it was soaked in a brone solution over night perhaps making it juicy. But that's cooked. Even breast part becomes super juicy.

Are you speaking for 70 million Thai people or yourself? I know plenty of Thai people that love Pad Thai and eat it regularly. I also know a ton of Thai people who don't eat/like spicy foods.
