    Great vid I hope u didn't stop, keep creating squash community needs more creators.... But only 2 or 3 tips for u if u r interested In the forehand try to focus on the follow through bc u stop the swing in middle so u need a lot of power to get the right length, second thing in the backhand u should try using ur shoulder more to get more power, these things would save much power and make it easier for u, best wishes ✌️

    What do you mean when you say that “consequences for your health?” I’m a beginner at squash and I’m 30 years old, is there a possibility having a bad damage on the knees or something like that?

  • @tanjaloewe5042

    @tanjaloewe5042

    11 ай бұрын

    @@HilalGungorr yes, definitely. Well, I was 11 years old when I started squash in 1979. This is of course centuries ago... but I have real damages from it on knees and right shoulder. You have to consider to practise also the other muscles and get some kind of compensation in order to stay poised with the rest of your body. Squash is cool definitely, fun and more than efficient but hard for the body if you do not look for enough compensation within it. Nevertheless, enjoy it! Take care for the whole body.

    Hey , i just started playing squash 3 months ago and i am trying to get better so here i am . I really like the drill and i will be doing them , but how do i apply these mid game , for example the butterflies .

  • @suziebee4240

    @suziebee4240

    2 жыл бұрын

    You wouldn't actually do a butterfly during the game. It's just practice to have your body quick to react based on muscle memory. I think the main point of the butterfly is using forehand and backhand swings immediately one after another. Which is nice because you don't know where the ball's gonna go and what position ur body is in currently.

    I don't think the drop shot should be practice that way. From my point of view the ball must find the side wall after bouncing on the floor, so the opponent can't take it out. It's not about don't getting the ball, it's about been impossible to get it up. Let me know what you think. Thanks anyway for what you does, this helps sport a lot.
