Composure is key. Know that the goalposts will never move. Believe that you are the boss in the situation, not the keeper. Practice enough that when you kick a ball, it goes where you want it to and how you want it to. My advice is not to look at the keeper too much, just a glance to know where he is, decide what you are gonna do, eyes on the ball and get a clean strike. Practice and confidence is important. Also left foot, right foot doesn’t matter your striking should be clean on both feet even you cant dribble or pass well with your weak foot
