The location looks good, on a quiet street but apparently walkable to shops. It's been totally renovated, and the kitchen seems elegant. The bedrooms are not large, and some potential buyers might hope for a downstairs toilet and/or a back garden.

Nice house but grey is not so much a trend as much as a sign of a flipper. In the US it’s referred to as flipper grey.
