Hey gang! Could I have your opinion? I tried something new in this video. I attempted to "promote products" to make it easier for you to either see what I'm talking about or to able to purchase them if you'd like. Are the pop-ups too distracting or annoying? If so I won't add them again. Just trying to help but not at the have it be a pain in the butt. Thanks! Reynolds

I like the pop-ups but the background music was distracting...maybe just a little too loud. It was perhaps too close to the volume of your speaking. I have never noticed this in your other videos before though.

I don’t mind ads and also I’m in Switzerland and there was only one for a writing group I’m already in but this was a YT ad. So no bother.

I've had my senior economic students draw supply and demand curves outside with sidewalk chalk and it is a hit everytime!

I will also never forget the “Frame Project” in 3rd grade (that MY third grade teacher has us do!) We all got a historical person and needed to make a frame (poster board with the middle cut out) and glue pictures, fun facts, etc. around the edge. Then, we presented our historical figure by standing within the frame reciting the facts and sharing the pictures. We got bonus if we dressed up like them, too! Soo fun & I will never forget being Dolly Madison 🤩😂😍 Thanks for this video 🙏🏼

LEGOS in my 7th grade Physical Science class study of elements, compounds and mixtures! Every kid loves building with Legos. They even started coming up with their own compounds for *extra credit 😊 Thank you for being a daily hype man for me and so many others!!! You rock, Reynolds 👊

I used to be a 3rd grade teacher and whenever we used whiteboards, I would always give them 3:33 seconds to draw and get all their doodles out! They would freak out just being able to draw before we got into the lesson. Also prevents a lot more corrective behavior later!

At our school, we let our Year 12 seniors brainstorm on their laminate desks using whiteboard markers. It removes cleanly with a baby wipe but they are always thrilled to draw on the desks.

I was thinking of getting thick plastic cut to overlay desks that the students can write on and we can pin up. Thank God for you @CJReynolds 🎉

Thank you for this inspiration! I use little chalkboards to make repetition quiz, I ask something and they write it down (two students together is also fine), I count from 5 to one and everybody has to show me the answer. The students with the right answer receive a point. Also buzzer to make a group quiz is fun, but sometimes the students are so excited that it is a bit too noisy (my students are 16-22 🙂). Playmais to make constructions is easy and fun, too. Have a great day and thank you for your work!

Play-dough is great for geometric homeomorphisms or other transformations. As an end-of-year enrichment activities, I had a group of soon-to-matriculate 5th graders turn their donuts into coffee mugs so as to show them they don't need to be good at arithmetic to be good at math.

I teach Drama. For our Romeo and Juliet project I invite a theater colleague who is a certified stage combat choreographer to teach a basics of stage sword fighting workshop. The students love it.

Ive had kids make bracelets with every bead symbolizing something. Dollar Tree has cheap colored beads and Amazon charms are pretty inexpensive. I was surprised that all if the kids were into this.

Stickers. Kids lose their minds over a sticker. Especially older students. They will do just about anything to get one lol. And it's fun, and I spend like two dollars on a couple packs.

I can definitely relate. I teach french & eal in middle school. My first years have a sticker book. I’ve never had so many kids willing to speak French!! For the older ones I give them occasionally for completing homework (or half a sticker if they did not!!). They come and ask for it later showing me the completed homework. I don’t need to chase them 😅 It’s great!
