The burgundy skirt outfits are great. I have a burgundy pleated skirt, so I hope I can use the same outfits you showed! The black turtle neck and burgundy boots is my favorite one.

I really enjoy your fashion videos. I adore the UK accent. I also appreciate your excellent diction and correct pronunciaation of words. I get confused at people's horrid pronunciation errors. As someone who always got A's in Oral reading in grade school, it is a big pet peeve. Keep up the good work. Your videos are my favorite fashion/styling ones. I always click Like before I watch, I know I’m going to love each one. I’m a busty petite and a bit chunky around the middle, so for me the best vests are shaped, but not tight fitting, thin knit, hip-bone length or shorter, V-neck and darker colors. I just get drowned in those oversized, thick, crew-neck ones. I bought several great cotton ones from Amazon last year, I think they were men’s or unisex. I also love my classic, navy-trimmed, white cricket one, also Amazon) but light colors definitely add more visual bulk. I found a great knee-length navy argyll vest dress from H&M that I love, but it’s still too warm for it where I live. Being a petite, I can often get away with a shorter dress because they end just above my knees, worn with opaque tights. Yes, definitely a white shirt is best under a vest, but at home I sometimes wear a long-sleeve white tee, to reduce my weekly ironing burden.

Loving all the outfit choices, very much my style. I got my sweater vest at Sainsbury & it’s perfect, so far worn it with trousers and a polo neck underneath and secondly with a long sleeve shirt dress which broke the pattern up nicely.

Hi Gemma, I'm loving the knitted vests ( tank tops ) as they were called int 70s lol I have a cream one, and a pale grey one, wear them with a white, or black shirt underneath. Love your vids, Willy sends his love xx 😘

The burgundy and black outfit is stunning and looks so cozy too!

I will have to remember the pink top with burgundy skirt I have a lovely burgundy velvet skirt. i am preparing my clothes for a four day mini lake vacation in the tropics at 6,000 ft altitude. It is always tricky packing for that resort bec daytime temps go up from 60F in the am to 75 around noon then down to the upper 50s by supper. In the early a.m. and for supper it is cool enough for velvets and wools but at noon it is short shortsleeve weather. I tend to take layers and will pack some of the options you show. Alot of KZreadrs are featuring all burdundy outfits for FALL and I am really liking it. Its not supposed to be a color for warm blondes more a color for brunettes, but I do really like it. My Fall go to colors are camel, cream, and warm mid browns so those are what I tend to wear. I have a brown sequin skirt I think I will wear to supper one night with a cream lightweight sweater though my pink sweater would look great with that too. I have a chiffon maxi dress print long sleeve boho style dress I will top with a light brown velvet jacket with brown knee high riding boots I have owned for many years. I love separates for Fall in my colors as they are so easy to combine and recombine for a wide variety of looks.I am looking forward to dressing up a bit after many mos of simple summer dressing.I always buy classic blazers that stand the test of time. This year I am adding new slightly looser slacks to my wardrobe but my classic blazers and cotton and satin button up shirts are never going out of style...for me at least, because I cannot wear oversize things being only 5ft 4in they swamp me same with very baggy slacks. I am only now easing out of slim not skinny leg pants. I am enjoying the slightly looser fit slacks. I am getting out my chunky gold earrings and chains too...I have so many lovely things that have been put away awaiting a fashion turn and I am seeing chunkier gold pieces this year starting to replace the very delicate jewelry of the last few seasons. I do lime both styles though. Most of my blazers are high quality vintage and I save them for years. Fall clothes are my favorites every year as the colors so suit me. I love your videos because they are so classic.

I keep forgetting about my vests. But, I recently bought 2 capes. And the vests are perfect to wear underneath. I can still wear a cardigan to have warm arms and be layered but not bulky and have a lot of freedom of arm movement.

I live in the California desert and it’s 90° right now. I wear white jeans all year around here. Only at night can you wear long sleeves when it cools down to 60s. Love your videos!

Also don't like sweater vest, and have grey and black, an I'll work with them, They are 20 years old, and are very sustainable knit, a banana republic. You provide to me the Idea, to será them as brand new with colord shirt,. Hace a black Dr RSS like the burgundy. But I do gave a burgundy sweater that I can pair it with the black dress. Love the colors you are showing, I feel relief of having those pieces and colors available in my closet! Now I know the importance of save sustainable wardrobes! Cool

Wonderful vid Gemma, thank you. Hard pass on the sweater vests. Universally unflattering IMO. Also, white jeans/pants are lovely to look at but a challenge for many of us, even us Californians. Will invest in other options, the burgundy items are really attractive, especially for us in Wine Country. 🍷

I must wear my white trousers. I love it with the black footwear that you show. . It looks more urban. I only thought of wearing them with tan or brown. More upscale country. But with black, it is more edgy, as well. Great.

Burgundy is one of my favorite fall/winter colors, whether it’s an in color or not. The gray and white is beautiful too. On the other hand you do the best camel inspirations, but camel looks horrible on me as do most earth tones. I can get away with a taupe or greige color. It’s a shame because I’m always drawn to camel outfits but then never wear them. So generally, I substitute light gray for camel, I would do a gray or black tweed/houndstooth blazer for the earth toned one.

I have seen more than one influencer suggest that if you want to wear a color that doesn’t look the best on you, wear it away from your face. Trousers, for example with a top in a color that does flatter you. Same with a camel coat and a scarf in colors that suit you. Camel goes with just about any color.

No for the sweater vests for me......reminds me of Grandpas from the 1950’s! I am going to get my white jeans out again, though.👍

I also love burgundy in the fall and winter. I got a postcard in the mail from Ann Taylor that had a lovely faux leather A line skirt on it and I would have bought in a heartbeat, but it was already sold out. 🙁 The burgundy skirt is beautiful, but I dis not care for it with the tall burgundy boots.The boots seemed too heavy for the skirt. I think it would have looked better with boots that fit tighter to the leg.

I have a similar climate at 5,000 ft in Central America so aIso wear blazers here from November to mid Feb as coats. I was startled to find professional and business women here wearing classic style wool and tweed blazers, riding boots, etc Ralph Lauren designs are esp popular here and these women fly to Miami to do their clothes shopping to buy them. Many have families that own large coffee estates and they do ride. On Sundays it is common to see them riding into town or at brunch at one of the local hotels dressed in riding wear head to toe. I absolutely love it and it is so unexpected when one first arrives. The men often ride into town on gorgeous paso fino horses and you can hear their unique gait on the town cobblestones. Simply beautiful.

I don’t think there is a second R in Superga. It’s pronounced Su-PER-Gah, not -Grah.

once in a while you should also wear the clothes that you are reviewing not just a picture display to make it look more real to be used by ordinary people not the existing models because I think you can, although not all of them. I've been your subscriber for a long time but no progress in how to review clothes makes me bored, sorry I said that but that's how I feel...
