@@hansalanson3497 unfortunately. I don’t really want that many cause it’s kinda dumb. But it’s hard to get rid of them. You can’t sell them and it’s slow as hell to throw them. I also have 233,000 in my stash. Dupe glitch and I got carried away.

Well the toy bow is actually connected to Mel. Mel and Owen are the ones doing the archery competition, Mel has the high score on the board till abby comes around. Mel is voiced and mo caped by Ashly burch which of course voices aloy.

Not a secret in the traditional sense, but the Burning Shores DLC added dialog when talking to Varl at his grave. Aloy will tell him about meeting Seyka and her nascent feelings about her (before the DLC ending). I suspect that a _lot_ of people missed this, and it gives some more weight to the ending.

The toy bow takes "mom can we have a bow" "We have a bow at home" To a whole new level

I loved the treasure hunt that we got from this dlc. It was a pleasant throwback to the treasure hunts from Sly 3. And I've also realized that we need a game that is all about searching for buried treasure in this manner: navigating a map by following clues that include various landmarks. That would be super fun.

Didn't notice the pans around that one chest and the toy bow collectible so great job, Fizhy! For secret number 2 on your list, there's a glyph around fleet's end that gives you a clue in regards to needing a key module to open the room with the brimshine; Aloy comments about it so I'd say that's the only thing you can consider adding as a possible addendum to this video. Cheers!

Great video but you missed the Banuk mural painted with machine blood (pursumably made by Brin from the first game). I think it was roughly south of where you find the Slitherfang, near the vista point and on the side of a ruin.

I actually love the toy bow! Sometimes there are things you need to shoot to interact with them like the unstable firegleam, the explosive elemental canisters on the tie that binds weapon, and some puzzle things like the ladders. The issue is that arrows aren't free, but toy arrows are by far the cheapest to craft so they are prefect for these situations. I don't know about other difficulties but at least on very hard I feel like I never have enough shards to but anything so crafting cheap toy arrows is awesome!

I literally bought a ps5 and an LgC2 Tv just to play Forbidden West in the best way possible. The Horizon series is my favorite franchise of all time, up there with Zelda. $1100 for the TV, $550 for the PS5, $70 for Horizon and another $20 for Burning Shores DLC.... 200 plus hours into the game and counting, it was all totally WORTH IT. Games sell Consoles. Can't wait for Horizon Beyond Singularity aka Horizon 3

There’s a canister washed up on a beach which reminded me a lot of that old Lego Bionicle game from 2001. Anyone else remember it? It gave me a lot of flashbacks.

Considering the datapoints from H1 about Far Zenith & Thebes became important in H2, it would be a super dick move at this point NOT to include Vast Silver in H3. :P

Also, since we've visited all major Project Zero Dawn locations in H1 & H2 (Gaia Prime, Eleuthia-1, Thebes, etc.), I'd say there's a high chance we'll visit Elysium in H3. And if the game takes place in the Great Delta, the Eleuthia-1 cradle could be a convenient source of Focuses for the Quen rebels.

I've got a glitch with the Fleet's End key module. I picked it up and used it days ago, but it's always there when I go back, respawning for some reason.

I bought it Monday . I completed forbidden west and can't get it to play on my ps5. Do I need to play forbidden west ps5 version to get it to work or what do I need to do. I transferred the ps4 version data to my ps5.

What's up with the mural painting on the side of one of the houses on the eastern part of the Burning Shores map? It makes a mention to being Banuk, so it's makes me think it was an easter egg for Sylens (who has Banuk ties, false as they may be...) since Lance Reddick recently passed away. RIP, Lance ❤.

It’s a reference to the Banuk shaman from HZD (Brin) who drank machine blood in order to receive visions. The quest is called “Acquired Taste.” I won’t spoil his quest line in case you wanna play it

There is a big gate behind where the waterfall to the south with a vent and a few items inside that I can find a way in.

What is that armor form the beginning of the first secret?

You forgot Lance Reddick’s tribute in the game!

I came across the pan chest around halfway through my playthrough, didn't notice the pans and figured I'd find a key for the chest somewhere else in the map. Glad I watched this! Sadly will have to skip over the 5th secret until a patch comes out, the Music Box trinket is bugged for me and doesn't show the message it's supposed to contain.

Now you can go back and master Aloy's theme with the toy bow and watch the plungers stick to the pans. One of the trinkets didn't have a message for me either, thought it was meant to be that way

I’d found the spot before getting the music box and the message after is a big give away of where to search. The trove doesn’t appear until you have all the trinkets so just needed the music box to activate the quest. Was confused by it’s lack of message but still got the loot.

So, I still have to find something new. I love this game! But how the hell did someone figure out to play Aloy's theme?

I had 3,490 or 13,490 rocks and counting, in my ps4 saves. Manly cuz the duplication glitch, but I had more than 800 rocks picked from the ground in the map.

Personally, I found the stormbird encounter amazing and wishing that the game had more of that

Rocks... And more Rocks... Almost got 1000, just missing a few to get there... Still a very good game even though, almost 470 hours of playtime...

One more tit bit not sure if you noticed but in the theme park I think it was Reggie’s adventure there are these holo trees constructs you can climb on and even dialogue between alloy and her gf about why they need to build fake trees and she calls it a spectacle. If you notice closely the structure of the trees and the Color they look awful lot like gardens by the bay in Singapore.

That's my thought process. It's just an expansion. It's good because I liked the game it's expanding.

These aren't really secrets and yes you do have to use the toy bow on the targets, i tried with the dss first and the chest didn't open

The most infuriating thing about this, is that I found all 7 locations. But, I NEVER picked up the Cherished Flask. So, I spent who knows how many hours looking for what I thought was the last location. Only to look at your video and realize I never picked it up. UGH!!!

Have you found any designated areas for the toy bow? I actually came across the toy bow yesterday just searching around. I’m playing my second time through. I was disappointed at the LGBTQ elements added to the game and chose the other path that claimed I wasn’t ready for that. My curiosity of the course it would take ruined it for me and I stopped playing. But now I find myself in a place where I don’t enjoy playing multiplayer games anymore because people can destroy my enjoyment of playing, by stealing kills, just running through and you end up with no points and low kills. I’m sure that most people will understand what I mean. My hand got smashed at work and now I suffer with carpal tunnel syndrome which makes it difficult to play to begin with, but with single player games I can enjoy everything in the game without feeling like I’m just following the path laid out for me. Otherwise I’ve found all these, but I really appreciate it because I don’t feel like I’m missing anything and I can progress with new game +. Thank you.

I love Burning Shores. If you’re disappointed, I think you haven’t explored enough, and/or you’re not playing on a sufficiently high enough difficulty.

Don’t know if that’s the wording I’d use. The review bombs don’t really count for much when you realise people seek out individual opinions on games they buy after the launch rather than perusing the irrational flaws of Metacritic that review bombs exemplify. As for the loss of any potential PS4 copy sales in absence of the DLC coming to PS4, probably a decent amount hasn’t been made but in the grand scheme I’m imagining it’s somewhat negligible.

Bruh did you even look at the Horus fight? The PS4 is literally incapable of rendering a moving Horus, it'd overload and crash immediately. Who cares about the minority who are too cheap or clambering onto their 10 year old hardware

Well, the PS4 hardware isn’t capable of running a lot of the animations and scripted battle sequences in Burning Shores. Aloy… a fictional character, kissed a girl, once. If that offends you too much, then move on. You won’t be missed.
