The use of the silencer is absolutely haunting. If they’d use the classic gunshot reverb followed by slo-no (a la Hank’s death, no offense intended to that scene) it would not had nearly the same impact.

I like how Andrea's death and Jesse's horrified reaction are immediately followed by Walt's happy expression of bittersweet satisfaction

I feel like it just shows how good the pacing was in this show. They didn't give you everything at once and they didn't make everything drawn out over an extended period. 5 seconds from each episode and you get roughly the entire story.

Nope. Tuco survived, too. That is absurdly, because explosive mercury is potentialy dangerous to human because of blast and toxins that excrete while explosion. And so suprisingly Walt is OK, too. He was in the epicenter of the explosion and should have died or be heavily wounded by explosion, either being poisoned by toxins.
