Moved here from Indiana four years ago. I'm fine with the heat, I don't have to shovel it.

Texas and Arizona. Two states where people are moving in droves to. However the exodus out of Arizona is underway. Texas not so much. It's getting too costly in Arizona.

Loved AZ in the 90’s through 2012. After 2012 I started noticing negative things related to the influx of people from other states that was exacerbated because of the Covid debacle. Now there’s just to many humans in Arizona the main reason people are leaving most likely.

Totally agree, moved here in 1997, was a fantastic state, let me make it short it sucks here now, not to mention all the things you stated, now it's also crime invested and liberalism has taken hold, it's a cancer moving through the State, I'll miss you Arizona a once fantastic state. Now ranked with another LA, CHICAGO, NY , SEATTLE PAY ATTENTION PEOPLE WHAT DO ALL THESE CITIES HAVE IN COMMON, IT DOESN'T TAKE A ROCKET SCIENCE TO CONNECT THE DOTS ☹️☹️☹️☹️

Been here (in Florence) forever. I hate the friggin heat. Love the winters. But they just don't last long enough 🙄

water supply going down but over priced housing on the rise

wells are drying up. takes years to recharge groundwater

I pity the people who moved to AZ, sinking their money into worthless new housing that won't sell in a couple of years.
