There are local talent available for sales, retail and marketing but not for care homes! Care home jobs are actually not to be considered as a skilled job according to me but they are in SOL! Although retail and marketing jobs holds more skill level than care home! It’s very strange and weird policy of the UK!

It was very informative, one think I want to ask did you do internship while studying or were you employed for your work? I am want to ask because I am thinking about applying for Part time work in my field for second year and its stated in UKVI guidelines one cannot be employed. I am thinking about switching for creative worker visa or government authorised exchange visa, they are both temporary visas usually used for internship and full time work ( according to my research, although I’m not sure 🤔). Mainly I want to make this switch for work experience during summer break. what are your thoughts on this, have you come across this type case?

I haven't come across this case, however, I worked for 20 hours a week during my dissertation at a marketing agency and I didn't have any issues.

If sponsorship gets declined then IHS and immigration skill charge gets refunded. But do check official guidelines

What about completing the course and they move to any other countries like usa or canada on work permit or visitor visa. Can we do that ?

My postgraduate will end on August 2023 after submitting dissertation. Then I am thinking of going to India, marry there and bring my wife here in the UK and then apply for psw visa. Can i do so? My brp expiry date is 20th oct 2023.

@@salimshrestha7 brother as per the information I have you can apply for dependent visa only when you have a student status You can’t apply dependent visa after taking PSW.

Yes, of course you can get a job but it takes a lot of time and patience.Some people get it in 2 weeks and sometimes it can even take 6-7 months to find a full-time permanent role. I know it sounds weird but even for the freshers role they expect you to have some experience.A couple of my friends had to lie that they have experience to bag a job however,they were good at what they wanted to do. So,if you are planning to find work here as a fresher,it would be extremely helpful if you have some experience in your pocket.

Hey! That's completely normal. I'd say take the job and believe in god that everything will go fine and you will get a sponsorship. Worst case scenario they don't sponsor you - you will still get work experience on your CV that would increase your chances of getting sponsorship somewhere else.
