@ishitabhardwaj1797 Every time the rage begins, I remove myself from the situation. If the rage is focused at me, I start mentally saying affirmations that reinforce it isn't about me and that I deserve good treatment. I'm not always successful at short circuiting my anger, but it's better than it used to be.

No communication skills, no empathy for those they abuse verbally , no acknowledgenent when they belittle you, always angry, moody, controlling, stamping on your freedom all the time, everything you have to road per their likings & instructions. Very dysfunctional & difficult human beings. May GOD reveal to them who they are, expose them & also pray that only GOD can heal them, deliver them provided they are willing. No other solution.

Having to experience a true narcissist is a wild and humbling experience… one year of my life just scratching my head as to what happened to this amazing person I thought I fell in love with… so glad that’s over and I now know what to really look out for… biggest life lesson on relationships I’ve had yet… to anyone having to deal with the manipulations of a narcissistic partner, trust your instincts, they’ll never change… just close that chapter and move on… They know exactly what they’re doing…

You're spot on Rebecca they are toxic at least my ex was kid in an adult body on top of that an abusive alcoholic narcissist that made it even worse I discarded him 17 months ago and my life is peaceful thank God I filed for divorce hopefully it comes through next month he'll probably will have the biggest tantrum than or maybe not he's got a new supply since November last year so he can marry her I've got no contact with him any more so the divorce might be a bit of a shock he never wanted a divorce bad luck it's my life now and can do what I want no more controlling by him any more 😊

Think my Narc (not hubs thank goodness ) is covert? Not so much anger but constant criticism and telling others about how "scruffy" everything is around me and how I have "aged horribly"... When those people meet me in real life and visit me they are invariably shocked... The Narc *always "Ps on their own chips" eventually.

My ex has many of these traits, I endured her controlling behaviour for years until one situation finally was the “straw that broke the camel’s back” and I left. She hates me something fierce and has told the world all kinds of mistruths about me, but I really don’t care and I am happier now than I was with her, and that’s what matters…

Narcissist don’t get angry….Narcissists are cold empty individuals…..PS: How can they rage when they’re cold, indifferent towards people feelings when they don’t care at all? Did you even met one? The rage part is more related to sociopathic, borderline individuals…The narcissist I met was cold, uncaring, empty vessel, he was diagnosed one….Similar to an psychopath…They’re all individuals by the way. You can’t say all narcissists are toxic, short tempered….They’re all in different spectrum….

The diluision also fades for them wtith time, they will start hating themselves, for the bad choices made in life. Because the result of their influence on others is a disaster, and they know it. My sister use to victimize herself... She still is an expert, after ruin her childrens lives, one in jail for murder, and the daughter in a institution... When i use to call her out, she would start defending herself... One day i told her... Whatever the result is, it was because of your choices... who chose your way? You did... No one chose for you, you never rang me, asking " shal 8 go and take drugs?' Did you??? But u took them, your choice... 😂 She was estupid... 😂❤🎉 U will be Free... trust me! You know what the problem with this is? It's labeling. You gave a perfect example, but if I went to show it to her to bring awareness, that would be judgment because it has the tag "narcissist" on it. What if you just said bad, going to hell person. 😆😆😆 As soon as you say that people shut down. Especially the narcissist. If we can just remove the word, show the traits, it would be perfect. Then once you show the traits, CC this is that bad going to hell person. That's how it was pretty much done back in the day. It's why we have a big explosion now after the falling away. It's both funny and sad. I'm sorry. I don't know what that CC was all about. Sorry I'm using speech to text. Sorry for the out of context misspelling, but I hope everybody understands what I'm saying. I am not going to take the post re-edit it and put it back up. I had such a bad day dealing with a narcissist, I mean bad going to hell kind of person 😆😆😆 At least I have my humor. Not much but that's all I have. I have been stripped for decades.
