Rad reg here - definitely agree with you. Esp the hard exam (and the high level of knowledge required in each subspeciality of medicine) and also the cognitive overload/stress especially on call (i'd feel much more tired after an 8 hour radiology shift vs a 12 hour ED/Surgical shift due to constant cognitive engagement).

If you understand anatomy, then learning the imaging anatomy side is very intuitive. It gets easier the more images you look at
Hi! Is the physics associated with radiology too much? Or is it just simple physics? I’m not a huge fan of physics, so I would like to know😅
