I did another video highlighting the good sides of it. 👍 I was just there this weekend as some friends had me over for drinks at their place. They said all good things about the tower. A few small issues that got resolved quickly.

I know many other high-rises built around the same time (e.g., Veer) have been recently doing major plumbing repairs. Have you heard any such instances at Trump? If so, do you have any estimate of the impact on future HOA fees?

That I have not heard about for Trump. It’s actually pretty solid from my understanding. Most repairs end up being paid for via construction defect litigation. Some HOAs chose to sue to see if they can get extra funds for the HOA just because. The Martin did this, Panorama had some issues but tacked on a lot of other small things like chipped tiles in the lobby. Veer is going through this right now as well. I haven’t seen it affect HOA costs yet for these newer towers. The old ones you can get assessments as there is no one to sue.

the tunnel system will be attached to that tower, so you will be able to use a level 5 electric taxi soon.

Trump all the way. We are staying in a 1 bedroom all week in January. You cant find a better 5 star hotel on the strip for that price and be a one bedroom with kitchenette.

It is an amazing property, one of my favorites! Just wish they would make ride share pick up in a designated spot and not in the valet/ drive through area… I have seen it back up 30 minutes at 4 pm during check in times.

Is there an entrance to the fashion show mall right across from the Trump tower, or do you have to kind of walk all the way around to the front of the mall to get inside? Also wondering if there are EV chargers available for any guests who valet an electric car at the Trump tower?

You can walk directly across the street and be in the mall 👍 I don’t believe they have electric chargers

I do want more info on renting out a condotel vs a regular house or condo. And renting to someone long term vs airbnb. I live in Vegas and I'm interested in investing.

Thanks for the research and insight. We looked at a few and really liked many things about this property. Some are the flip side of the coins you mentioned, like set back a little bit but convenient to the glitter, managed by a competent rental team (i.e. not me). Interesting to hear your take.

Parking at Trump International is all valet. The service is incredible for every amenity. A+++++

I take that back, its a small cleaning fee if you live there full time. They basically make you a guest and every 30 days you have to pay maid service. Studio owners would pay $79.79 each month one bedroom owners would pay $105.17 and 2 Bedroom owners would pay $130.55 a month extra. You would get one cleaning a month for this.

#4 won't affect me so much because I live in Vegas.

I'm contemplating a purchase of a 2 bedroom unit in the future, when I retire in a couple of years. I LOVE Trump International in Vegas!!! My favorite aspect is that there's no casino. 👍🏻

1. The Name does not bother me, I don't have TDS. 2. Yea those fee's seem high, well the studio fee anyways. The HOA fees are ok. 3. Is a pertinent point. 4. Is a selling point for me. I dislike Casino's 5. That is a significant reason. Valet parking gets old quick. ...over all good video.

lol I wouldn’t want their notes. The other towers have real different things with them. This tower is the most prohibitive for owner managers. If you go into the trump rental program it’s just fine. 👍
