3yrs growing my hair and I work In law enforcement…I’ve only used one hairband 😅 after this video I will go ahead and use two!!! Looks so much better too thank you 🙏🏽

Move to the desert lol. I have 2A and it takes expensive oils and creams to deal with frizz in the Bay Area. When I visit in-laws in Tucson, though, it lies down just right. I hate dry desert air otherwise.

If I want to look clean for like an interview or an important meeting I do the lowball, and my hairs pretty curly so it looks pretty good

I’m honestly jelly of the guys who have been able to grow their hair out well. I also had a childish wish of being able to grow my hair out to a ponytail but was never successful due to inconsistent care mainly stemming from a troubling home environment. I am also highly likely to bald in my mid 20s and will be joining the military in the near future (most likely mid 2024) so I guess my wish to grow my hair out will always remain the hopeful wish of my younger self
