it can be done ....make sure you pick a room close to stairs/elevator that will land you close to a public bathroom just in case a toilet needs to be quickly lol. also try to mix that with a room close to the gym as you can use these showers to share with the 5 of you.

super clever tips. The whole teenagers take showers on the spa deck idea is brilliant. We have six, so this wouldn't work for us. But I wanted to see how you did it! Amazing.

Whew! Five to a cabin reminds me of 1 in the NCL studio cabin. Tight quarters for sure.

Had to give this video another watch (and a thumbs up). We have some trips coming up with the four of us in one room (and we are not small people) and I was starting to have second thoughts because we have had two rooms for our past sailings. But-----the hubs said for us to be able to afford the trips we need to go down to one room. How did the bathroom situation end up working out?

Thanks for watching and for the thumbs up! I totally understand. We cruise as much as we do because we try to be as frugal as possible. We alternated showers. The ladies in the morning and the men in the evening (for the most part). A couple days my husband and sons showered at the spa (nice clean showers- and larger than the ones in the cabin). They’d just take their clothes and toiletries and use it in the spa (no cost to do this). It’s definitely doable if you can keep things organized and if you aren’t the type to spend a lot of time in the cabin. We are rarely in our cabin. Enjoy your upcoming cruise!

Mine was a little bit… that’s what he was laying across the bed 🤣🤣🤣. He doesn’t like to feel crowded but he survived! He would get up and get dressed after the boys would leave to go to the lido deck or their teens club.

Wow! Thanks for sharing this! You guys made this work very well! By the way, RacQuelle - that’s not weird at all about not leaving your toiletries in the bathroom. I’m similar with that. While I may leave our tube of toothpaste in there, we don’t keep our toothbrushes in there. Not weird, just cautious. Thanks again for sharing!

We only had one checked suitcase and it slid easily under the bed. The kids packed all of their things in their backpacks to avoid extra luggage fees. We pack the bare minimum on short cruises. This one was 4 days.

Since this was a 4 day cruise we packed light. Only one checked size suitcase and each of the kids had a backpack with their clothes. Suitcases can fit comfortably under the bed and the backpacks went in the closets. We had plenty of storage space. Enjoy your cruise!

How was the movement on this ship compared to a bigger one? I've never cruised before and I am just curious.❤️

Honestly we were expecting alot of movement on this ship but there wasn’t that much. I believe we had one day where it was a bit rough due to weather but it wasn’t any more than the larger ships we’ve been on.

How much is a load of laundry??
