I don’t know what I want, what I’m doing….sums up every time I I hold a paintbrush, color shaper, etc😂 and my new favorite…I don’t hate it! I think the area you liked with the inked/spritzed stamp…the acrylic paint acted as a resist. I’ve inked/sprayed stamps and applied to whatever collage paper for transparent transfers. The neocolors addition really made it come together. Good call!

Haha! Some days I get lost when I’m creating. I think you’re right about the resist and the stamps. It was a cool effect. The Neocolor really added some pops of color, which I like. Thanks my friend! 😍

Thank you! This is an 8x8 journal with 110lb, 230gsm cold pressed paper. I want to get back to painting soon. Maybe Saturday I will start a small one. 😍

I have Distress Oxide reinkers sitting in a drawer…I’m thinking I could use these techniques with them too? Love your linework at the end!

Thank you! Try to think in terms of shape, line, textures and color instead of objects. It takes practice, however, you will start to see abstractly. Also, take some time to just make marks with different tools to find what you like. Develop your visual language. You got this! 😍
