But....you do know there are many sellers on Etsy who will cut vinyl for you for just a few bucks? That's if you really want to create something with vinyl and cool fonts....just a thought. 🥰🥰🥰

I adore the Gingerbread Mansion, it is so cute and excellent family project! You could involve the older kids to color peppermints and help paint the pieces. You could also put little name plates next to each Gingerbread person and everyone write their own name. This is full of inspiration! ❤❤❤

I haven't seen anyone use the paper towels with the water to get the paper off of DT items before. OMG! I have been sanding my little arms off over here! Great tip!! I feel like a knucklehead for not knowing that.... May I ask what brand of skinny paint markers you are using? I have tried the large Arteza and Posca, but I'd like to find some smaller ones for detail. Thanks for sharing!!

Hi Traci, Yes....the damp paper towel trick works great, but you have to remove that first thick layer. Sometimes, it's a plastic or glitter type or layer, and the water won't penetrate. So, definitely remove that first layer first. Save those arms from all that sanding. The markers I use are from Arrtex. I do have them linked in my Amazon Storefront in my description box.
