That’s the first individual bit I ever purchased. I’m no pro. I learned very quickly doing my own nails that a diamond bit wasn’t going to cut it to remove product quickly. 😛

@longhairprettynails and @nailcareereducation You two have taught me so much! I’m so thankful for your product reviews and learning vids!!!! I’ve not met a nail tech who does my nails better than myself 🤣
I really wanted to watch this video, but due to my hearing loss, I couldn't because the automatic captioning isn't enabled. Would you please turn the auto subtitles on in your video settings (Creator Studio Classic > Video Manager) so that I can understand what each bit is for, etc? TIA.

Hi Gemma, I've just manually subtitled and submitted them for community review. I don't know how long that takes, but I hope it's up for you soon!

@@mylabot I wrote subtitles and submitted them for review. I have no control over the fact they're not available. I'm also not the creator of the video, only a viewer who also uses subtitles and so put a few hours into writing them. I'm sorry they're not up, but that's out of my hands
Can you do a video on sanitizing and cleaning your tools and bits? I know for professional nail salons, there’s specific state guidelines, but what about for those of us just doing our own nails at home?

Rinse with water and brush to get dust off then put them in acetone for 5-10mins then wipe off then spritz with some rubbing alcohol between 70%(minimum) and 90% as acetone does not disinfect or sterilise or you can buy yourself a UV sterilising box also buy a bit box to store the bits as it'll prevent the dust and moisture from getting on the bits
You are such a wonderful teacher! You're so clear and thorough in the information and direction you provide. Much love and so much success to you dear! XOXO

hi! i thought i would give my opinion. i have a cheap one and wondered why it doesnt work at first. i browsed online forums and one person mentioned that to get optimal use, no matter the wattage of the lamp, u have to cure for 2 minutes per gel polish layer. after curing for about 1 1/2 min - 2 mins per layers my nail hardly chipped or peeled

Thank you for this video.. I have been contemplating on which bits to buy because I want to learn acrylic .
Thank you Suzie for explaining these drill bits! When Covid started, I struggled doing them @ home. But I began taking gel polish off using the Mandrol ( buffing bit) LOL NOW starting today, I am more smarter many thanks to your videos!! Merry Christmas Suzie!! You're my favourite teacher.
Suzie, another great video! They are all so interesting and beautiful to watch. I'd love to see you do the new spider nail art trend! It uses the stringy-ness of gel to make beautiful designs. Thanks for sharing more of your knowledge.

Great video, thank you so much for sharing your wisdom. I didn't realize how bad my nail drill is until watching your videos. I did purchase some carbide bits but really didn't know which one to use for what until watching this. Thank you!
You always have the info when I need it! Thanks alot. I do my nails at home for almost a year now and want to buy a e-file. I was confused with all the bits they sell separately. :) I have learned alot from you.

Thank you so much for clearing everything up
Thanks suzie and camera man!! These videos are awesome!! I recently got a e-file from a friend as a gift. I've been playing with it for a couple of days on a practice hand. Yesterday I was thinking about the bits and watched this video and got my answer... thank you for sharing your experience, thoughts and tips!! I'm learning so much on this channel. Ttyl my dear friends and keep those educational videos coming!!
These are honestly my favorite videos ever
Great video! My favorite bit for the cuticle is a diamond dust sciver bit by Erica. But those carbide bits really help take a lot of work out when you get a client that comes in from another salon and they have some thick nails!
this was SOOO HELPFUL!!! Thank you!!!
I just started my dream of being a nail tech and im always looking for advice. This really helped alot. Thank you.
Thank you Suzy this was very informative!
Hi Suzie, thanks for making this video, it's truly helpful. I had to smile towards the end because I was just about to ask you a question about the different post sizes and you came in with, "One more thing I just thought of...". It was perfect!! I have been tempted by the Exclusive Nail Couture bits, but was wary the post sizes wouldn't fit my drill. Now I can get them without worrying. Thanks so much and continued love from the Netherlands!! xxx
Thank you Suzie! My FAVS ARE ENAILCOUTURE❤️💅🏻
Excelente! I just did my refill nails yesterday! They didnt came with those bits no wonder i was taking for ever on taking acrylics off😫 thank you do much for giving us your advice!
I love your videos. I’m still looking for that perfect bit to smooth the nail. I know you use a fine bit but I still hand file smoother than the bit. Less filing is awesome. Thanks for sharing.

Absolutely love this video, I have found it very informative as I am technically a beginner especially when it comes to an efile so Suzie thanks for sharing your knowledge with us. I have just ordered your slow setting monomer and your filling kit plus your NUKE IT APRON. I can't wait to unbox them I have heard that your formula is absolutely amazing quality especially for beginners who need more time to work with the acrylic.!!!

Most of what I know about bits actually comes from my job selling power tools! It's actually extremely similar and has helped me understand just how aggressive even hand files can be
Thank you suzie. That was helpful
Thank you for this great info
wonderfully informative, ty! also it was a while ago and i just keep going back to it(because it was so pretty!) do you happen to remember what product you used on yourself in that video you did with the young lady paige? just loved those nails since they looked like confetti.
Very helpful. Thank you xx
Great vid! After I found ceramic bits, I rarely use anything else.
Your video's help me a lot! I'm planning on becoming a nail tech :)
Very very helpful video, thank you!!!
Yay I needed this so badly!😫😫
I found this really useful! Tfs 💖 xxx
Thank you! Your the best!
Wonderful video. Ty.
Great video! Very clear and informative, like all your video’s. And they’re fun to watch too! What is the grit on the safety bits? I looked up the pink diamond safety bit but it also didn’t mention the grit. If anyone knows, feel free to comment!
Excellent content. Thank you so much. Can you explain about the difference between ceramic and chrome removal e-files? Which one is better?
I'll like to say thank you, and that I love you so much, you are so detailed in every tutorial. I'm a new sub, and because of you i've decided to start doing my nails at home. Watching your videos, has helped me decide what type of enhancement I'll be able to do myself, and they're gels and dipping powders. I got a battery operated nail drill, it's really small, but I don't know how to use it, and guideline? And also I watched the dipping powder video, but I would like to know how to apply gems, blings etc on it. I haven't seen gems or blings on dipping powder system. Thank you so much, you're my best nail tutor. Love from Nigeria.
I think it would be a great video to do one on lamps. Small vs large, expensive vs inexpensive, UV vs LED, Etc.
